"Jane provided fantastic care for our dog, Tilly. Jane kept us updated with photos and videos whilst we were away. Tilly requires medication on a daily basis and Jane administered the meds without issue. We returned to a clean home and a calm pet. I highly recommend Jane for a professional and caring approach. We’d love to have Jane back for our next sit."

"Caroline was amazing, my 2 year old rag doll cat Charlie absolutely loved her. She was so easy to deal with, took such good care of him and the house while we were away and I will definitely be booking her again. I highly recommend booking Caroline. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

"This is my second time booking Juan - he is a gem. "Kass was fantastic. We had never left our fur baby with a stranger before but when Kass came over to meet us we felt comfortable straight away. Kass was friendly and polite.and our shy dog liked her immediately (always a good sign). Throughout her stay she kept us up to date with photos of how our dog was going while we were away. She also left us a note filling us in on our dogs behaviour change due to construction outside. Would definitely recommend Kass to others. 😀🐕"
