"It was our first time leaving our cat, Gemma for an extended time but Jemima did a wonderful job in looking after Gemma, taking care of the house and keeping us updated with adorable videos and photos. It really helped us relax and enjoy our holiday, knowing she was in great hands. Jemima followed all our instructions/notes precisely and bonded so well with Gemma with her gentle touch. "Debbie was absolutely wonderful with our cats, especially as one of them wasn’t well during our trip. She was attentive, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about their wellbeing, not just going through the motions. It’s not easy to manage a sick cat, but she handled everything with calm and kindness. We came home to happy, settled cats and total peace of mind.
