"Gabby was easy to communicate with and very friendly from start to finish. We were very comfortable leaving her in charge of our house and 6yo Greyhound for 17 nights when we went on holidays. Gabby sent regular messages and photos which showed that our dog was in good hands and comfortable with his dog sitter. When we arrived home both house and dog were in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gabby's services to my friends and family. "

"Jenn took amazing care of my dog poppy while me and my partner travelled interstate. We got constant updates and photos which really alleviated any anxieties we had about leaving her. Jenn was incredibly respectful of our home and Poppy got a long great with her which was amazing as she struggles to warm up to people. 10/10 Would hire again "

"Vy was an absolute lifesaverâshe accepted our booking with less than 12 hoursâ notice after our original sitter, Madeleine, let us down. Madeleine overfed the pets, kept the dog locked in, arrived late, and abandoned them the second night after I asked her to let the dog out (locked for over 20 hours). Motion sensors and cameras (she was informed in writing) confirmed she lied about doing it, then canceled and left our pets alone for 24 hours! It was the most distressing time! Stuck in Fiji with limited internet connection and no family support in Melbourne, I honestly hope no one has to go through this!!

Thankfully, I found Vy through old messages, and she stepped in instantly! She cared for our senior pets, gave them medication, kept us updated with photos, and flagged issues like peeing on rugs, vomiting and food shortages. The previous sitter had used 8+ tins of cat food in just two days!
Vy is reliable, honest, and an excellent communicator. Weâre incredibly grateful she was there when we needed her most. Thank you Vy! "

"We booked Alvina very last minute as our original cat sitter had to cancel, so we were very hesitant going forward, but Alvina exceeded our expectations!
She understood the needs of the cats, both of whom were senior and was very proactive with asking any questions.
She kept us updated every single day, twice a day, with long, informative messages, and plenty of photos. Couldnât be happier and we would without hesitation use her again, or recommend her to anyone! Alvina is the BEST!"

"Sasandi was our house sitter for the weekend we were away and did a great job. "Hazel was a brilliant dog sitter and from the minute she turned up for the meet and greet the dogs loved her; which was amazing since one of them can be a little difficult at times and it meant that we were immediately comfortable leaving the dogs in her care. She was attentive during the meet and greet to the needs of administering medication to the dogs, communication was a breeze and she left the house clean and tidy and laundered bedding. "Tania goes above and beyond when she cat sit for Percy. She made in instant connection with him and he was cuddled up in bed with her on the first night. From the start she was highly communicative, patient, very flexible, kind, understanding and knows exactly how to work with cats. The regular updates and photos really gave peace of mind too and were hilarious.
What was only supposed to be a few nights sitting turned into a week, but Tania was so obliging, and was willing to keep sitting him, even happy to take him home with her to help me out and so he wouldn't be lonely. A week later I hired her again, and she once again did an amazing job. Tania guarantees you and your furry friend are both in very good hands and your furry friend will have made a new bestie and will be accompanied basically the entire time. Can't recommend her enough. "

"As always, Mel was fantastic looking after our girls for our 10 day trip away. We looked forward each day to seeing photos and hearing what they were all up to. The girls are so well looked after with Mel here, we knew our senior dog was getting her medication and Mel did everything to help her eat as she was having trouble, which is now all better thanks to Mel. I had very little anxiety being away knowing our house and girls were safe with Mel.

"Matt looked after our two cats and house for nearly three weeks and they absolutely loved him! We got immediate good vibes when we had our meet and greet. He's house and security conscious, and provided us with updates/photos during our trip - this really put our minds at ease so we could enjoy the holiday without worrying about what was happening at home. Our older boy Ghost is a sensitive soul who took a while to warm up and this didn't bother Matt at all. Our little girl Aurora was all over him from the start of his stay! The house was clean and tidy when we arrived home and the cats were beyond happy and well cared for. I think they miss him - particularly Aurora! We wouldn't hesitate to use Matt's pet and house sitting services in the future. We strongly recommend you consider Matt for your pet sitting needs! Thanks Matt!"
