"Lillian was beyond amazing. She took such amazing care of my girls and was 10/10 with communication…she sent regular updates and pics even when I didn’t have the opportunity to reply. But I always felt rest assured that my girls were well looked after. She helped out last minute and was very flexible with times, I’ll absolutely be contacting her again!! "

"Lucy was a brilliant minder for our dog, Jojo. He is not an easy dog to look after with his anxiety issues but she persevered and was able to bond with him and gain his trust. We returned home to our dog being very content and our house having been carefully and respectfully looked after.

"Andrea looked after our home and pets for a full week in January 2026, and we couldn’t be happier with her care. She was extremely tidy, respectful of our home, and absolutely wonderful with our pets. Andrea kept up regular communication throughout our time away, providing updates and checking in whenever she was unsure about anything, which gave us great peace of mind. "Thomas and his partner Susan were perfect. They were lovely to deal with, clearly very caring and conscious of our older dog, Bella's many needs. Their conflicting work hours meant Bella had almost constant company. They were very responsive with communication, took great care of our home and actually did more than expected. They stripped, washed and remade the bed which was perfect to get home to after a 37 hours trip! We'd love to have them look after Bella again."
