"We had a great experience with Ariana. She took excellent care of our two cats while we were away for the week, and it was clear they were comfortable and well looked after. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our trip. She was reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. We came home to two happy, relaxed cats and everything exactly as we had left it. We would definitely book with Ariana again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter."

"Denise has a warmth that gives you confidence that your pets will be well cared while you are away. My dogs are large. This did not faze Denise and with one very fuzzy eater, Denise put my mind at rest, communicating that that dog had eaten all the food. Denise made the entire process effortless. I will not hesitate to use Denise when I need my dogs looked after again."

"Rosie was an excellent pet sitter. My cat was well looked after, she did everything that i asked for and gave my cat the time that was needed for pets and playtime. My cat seemed very happy upon my return. Rosie was very communicative and sent photos of my kitty daily with a small blurb about anything that happened that day. She was also very easy to organise things and meeting dates prior to booking. I would reccomend Rosie to others looking for a cat sitter, and I look forward to booking her again in the future 😊🐈"

"Ceci and Chris were an absolute delight. They were really good and prompt with their communication, from setting up the first meet and greet to constant updates (plus photos) on how my two boys were doing while I was on my mini holiday. During the meet and greet, my cats warmed up to them quickly and they had such good rapport towards them. From that short first meeting, I could tell that these two really love animals. Came home to a tidy place with all of my requests met and the cats looking very content and happy. Nothing like being reassured by having such lovely people look after your babies.
Thank you for looking after Salem and Shawshank, and I hope I get to book you both again on my next holiday. xxxx"

/dayFrequently asked questions about pet sitting
Your pet sitting questions answered
Is a pet sitter more expensive than a pet hotel?
No: the cost of pet sitting is very comparable and often cheaper than the price of a pet hotel. Pawshake sitters choose their prices, but we give them pricing recommendations so that what they offer is fair and reflective of the industry.
What kind of person chooses to be a pet sitter?
Our pet sitters are often people who work around pets in their day job, such as vet nurses or dog trainers. Others might love pets, but can't own one at this stage. Regardless, our sitters all adore pets and have proven experience in providing care for them.
What services do I get when I book a pet sitter?
You can select and pay for the exact services you need. This is the benefit of booking through Pawshake: your pet's needs can be perfectly matched with the right pet carer. Shy pet? Book a sitter to stay at your home. Energetic pet? Your pet might prefer to stay with the sitter and their family.
Where can I find a pet sitter in Perth?
Perth has sitters all over the city who would love to help you out. Pay our website a visit and search for your suburb using our advanced filters: you will be able to view a selection of available sitters who can meet your needs.
