"We had a great experience with our dog sitter, Mackenzie! She looked after our dog, Popcorn, and did an amazing job. Mackenzie was very caring and responsible, and what we really appreciated was that she sent us updates every day. It gave us peace of mind knowing that Popcorn was happy and well taken care of while we were away.

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care Romi provided for our dog Capri while we were on holiday for a month. Capri can be quite particular and we were very nervous leaving Capri, but Romi quickly made her feel comfortable and at ease. "Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
