"Absolutely amazing experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. From the very beginning, I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my fur baby in their care.
Bani was incredibly loving, attentive and reliable, and it was obvious how much she genuinely cared about my dog. I received regular updates, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. My dog was happy, well cared for and clearly had the best time!
I came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and that honestly says everything. 🐶❤️
I would 100% recommend Bani to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring and reliable to look after their fur babies. I will definitely be using her again! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my baby! 🥰🐾

"Meg is a great sitter. She cared very well for our cat for a week and was also very easy to communicate with. My cat had a private room that was spacious and clean and had lots of engaging toys and climbing things. Meg also kept me updated with photos and little reports on how my cat was doing. She has a camera on in the cat's room and you can download an app to observe your cat at any time. I will definitely recommend Meg to anyone in need of a pet sitter and will use her again next time."

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
My pet is comfortable around him now which is a good sign because my pet rarely spends a long time alone with someone.
Definitely will get back to him when I work away from home again.

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "Couldn’t have been happier with the care Michael, Kelly and their lovely dog, Teddy, gave my two Border Collies.
