"First time using this service, I didn’t know what to expect. But Kat was amazing!
You know she truly cares about the doggos she looks after, as she messaged me after the booking to check in and see how my fur baby was doing after having an upset tummy. She also wipes eye boogers away with no hesitation, which might not mean much to some people, but it showed me that she’s the real deal! Will be calling Kat every time I need a dog sitter ❤️ "

"I couldn’t be happier with the care my 2-year-old beagle received from Michael and his partner Kelly. From the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in good hands. They were attentive, kind, and clearly experienced with dogs. Michael took the time to send me updates and photos throughout the day, which was such a thoughtful touch.

"Meg is a great sitter. She cared very well for our cat for a week and was also very easy to communicate with. My cat had a private room that was spacious and clean and had lots of engaging toys and climbing things. Meg also kept me updated with photos and little reports on how my cat was doing. She has a camera on in the cat's room and you can download an app to observe your cat at any time. I will definitely recommend Meg to anyone in need of a pet sitter and will use her again next time."

"This was our first time leaving Kaizer with a pet sitter and we were quite anxious about the whole ordeal however, Kate was very accomodating to all our needs including Kaizer’s. "I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. Elle sent lots of pictures and updates which was so comforting and she just knows and understands dogs - she managed dogs from different families staying with her superbly. "I had an outstanding experience with Sergey as my pet sitter. From the very first meet‑and‑greet to the day I picked up my dog, he was consistently professional, kind, and attentive. His communication was excellent throughout the stay — I received timely updates, photos, and messages that gave me complete peace of mind.
Sergey went above and beyond by giving my dog some extra training and enrichment, which I truly appreciated. My dog is a Border Collie and needs plenty of playtime and mental stimulation, and Sergey handled his energy and needs with genuine care and patience.
Due to a change in my vacation plans, I had to cancel more than half of my original booking. Sergey was incredibly understanding and took the situation in a very positive way, which meant a lot to me.
I would highly recommend Sergey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. He will definitely be my go‑to person for all future bookings
