  We’re a small, animal-loving family - myself, my husband, our 8-year-old son, and our baby - plus our gentle 15-year-old rescue Jack Russell. He’s great with other dogs and cats, and enjoys a peaceful, relaxed life.
  
  I’m a qualified dog trainer with over 15 years’ experience in animal welfare, including roles as shelter manager, dog trainer, and foster care manager. I currently teach puppy classes at multiple vet clinics around Perth.
  
  We would love to care for your fur baby while you’re away, treating them with the same love and attention we give our own pets.
  
   Dog Guests:
  • Must be good with children
  • Must be social with other dogs (especially my senior dog)
  • Toilet/house trained
  • Cannot have separation anxiety (we want to ensure all pets feel secure)
  
  We have a fully fenced backyard, a doggie door for garden access, and a comfy home where your dog is welcome on the couch, bed, or wherever they feel at ease.&nbsp;
  Daily walks, playtime, and snuggles are part of the routine. Overnight, your dog can sleep where they’re most comfortable.&nbsp;
  
  Please note:
  • We’re best suited to care for adult/ senior dogs
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate puppies or adolescents, as our senior dog can’t keep up with the play they request from him or the energy they bring

My name is Valentina and 1 am currently living in Perth. I arrived on Monday, 16th February 2026.
I would like to tell you a little about myself. Since I can remember, nature (both flora and fauna) has been one of the most important parts of my life. I was born in the countryside in Chile, and my dad is a fruit grower, so I was always surrounded by nature.
Since I was a child, I have always been deeply interested in animals of all kinds.
I have never lived without a pet. I was the one who tried to save frogs that fell into the pool, rescued stray dogs and cats, and spent hours watching Nat Geo Wild, Animal Planet, and Discovery Channel.
My love for plants and animals is immense - it is something I find difficult to express in words, and I often try to capture it through my photography. I truly feel that my purpose in life is to protect and help every single species.
1am a very passionate person and I am willing to learn any task and challenge myself to achieve my goals, including studying something related to animals in the future.
