"Tik and Moka were amazing sitters for Aila!. My 6 year old groodle went to stay with them for one night before we leave her with them for 3 weeks in October. From the moment I contacted her on Pawshake, she was very responsive, asked lots of great questions (which made me feel like they really take this job seriously and care for the pets they are looking after), and we met them for a meet and greet even before this booking!
My doggo is anxious so it's great to have a couple that only looks after one dog at a time.
A week before the overnight booking, I received a msg from her outlining what to bring and confirming dates / times. On the day of the booking I got another msg confirming they are looking forward to having her.
They were timely and communicated extremely well, their place is lovely and dog friendly and most of all, my anxious doggo ran straight in and was comfortable with them straight away! I received lots of communication from her, including photos, video and updates. I felt very relaxed knowing she was in great hands!
The pick up process was also very smooth. They took the time to talk to me about Aila's stay. Doggo continued to be very comfortable around them.
I would highly recommend Tik and Moka! I'm definitely looking forward to Aila staying with them in October, knowing she will be loved and looked after very well. Lovely couple - they will care for your pet like their own 💖"

"Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."

"Barney seems to have had a wonderful time, staying with Harley, Kate and Madeline! It was extremely easy to make arrangements and communicate with Harley. I also met the lovely Kate for the "meet and greet". Harley also sent pics of Barney during the stay, which is always reassuring when you are missing furry friends. Barney came home happy and relaxed. Harley even dropped over some food I had left behind. I have no hesitation in recommending Harley, Kate and Madeline as responsible and caring pet sitters, and definitely hope to use their services again. "

"Di and Dan were so lovely to deal with. This was our first time using pawshake and they made the experience easy and comfortable.

"Jamie and Hector looked after my old girl Nala for 5 days while I was away and did an amazing job! I was kept up to date on how she was going throughout her stay and they dealt with her initial anxiety phenomenally. They were also very patient and flexible with her (and myself when my plans changed) as it was her first time boarding at someone else’s house.

"Radhika looked after my two cats whilst away for 4 weeks and I couldn't be more happy with her level of service. My fur babies were looked after perfectly, nothing was a problem, the cats were given access to the house and played with and Radhika also sent through regular photos of how they were getting along! "Our experience with Leaonie leaving our dog Milo with her for a week whilst we were on holidays, was superb! She was very warm, welcoming and reassuring. Her place was well-suited for Milo. Through video and message updates, we knew Milo had a amazing time. He had the chance to socialise with two other dogs for the first time, which is great! My dog had a medical emergency right before my holiday and I was torn about whether I should even go or not. Alice and Eddie were so kind and put my mind at rest. They looked after my puppies as if they were their own and the detailed communication updates were outstanding! They were more than happy to administer medication and the love and care they provided for my dogs was honestly amazing. "Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"
