"Ling looked after our senior dog Grizzly for 10 days and we would highly recommend her. She is patient and great with communication. We received regular updates and photos of Grizzly for our ease of mind. She was happy to feed her medication and eye drops which we appreciated.
We would definitely book Ling again in the future. "

"Gus was a pawfect match for us! Great communication, easy to work with, regular updates and demonstrated so much care for our pup. This was our pup’s 2nd time dog-boarding but Gus made it a breeze. Our pup came home happy!

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
My pet is comfortable around him now which is a good sign because my pet rarely spends a long time alone with someone.
Definitely will get back to him when I work away from home again.

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "Zara was amazing! Right from the start of making the booking she was super helpful and communicative. It was our first time leaving our 8-month-old puppy with anyone, and she is a super high energy & intelligent mix of breeds so it wasn’t an easy job.
Zara did pick up and drop off and kept us updated with pictures & videos every day. We came home to a very happy and very tired puppy. Will definitely book her again! "

"Moe is a very nice girl. She knows dogs, my dog Qiqi is normally shy and always hiding. But when we went to Moe 's home, Qiqi turn comfortable very quick and start playing with the other dog. Second time when my dog was afraid of another bigger dog, Moe hold the bigger dog. very sweet of her and I know that she would be a good sitter, because she really watch the dogs. when I am away, she share photos every day with me. when I pick up Qiqi 4 days later , she barked😂 Already defend Moe 's home.
