"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Guillermo took such wonderful care of my dog Meeko, for the past four weeks, and I’m so grateful for their attention and love. They kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away on a work trip.
It was clear from the start that they genuinely cared about Meeko, and it felt like they treated him as part of their family. Meeko came back happy, healthy, and full of energy.
I would absolutely recommend Guillermo to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitters. Thank you both for everything!"

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Ayush and his partner cared for our little dog Annie for 10 nights while we were overseas. They were diligent in their care which was very reassuring as Annie is quite old and has a heart condition.

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.

"Moe is a very nice girl. She knows dogs, my dog Qiqi is normally shy and always hiding. But when we went to Moe 's home, Qiqi turn comfortable very quick and start playing with the other dog. Second time when my dog was afraid of another bigger dog, Moe hold the bigger dog. very sweet of her and I know that she would be a good sitter, because she really watch the dogs. when I am away, she share photos every day with me. when I pick up Qiqi 4 days later , she barked😂 Already defend Moe 's home. "It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."
