"We have gone with Jimmy multiple times since the beginning, and he has been caring and reliable. He treats my little mini dachshund, Tux, like family, allowing him to cuddle on the couch and in his bed. Jimmy’s dogs and cat seem good with Tux, and this is important because Tux can get pretty cautious with other dogs. Jimmy slowly introduces his pets to Tux to ensure it makes him feel comfortable. Have gone with Jimmy for both doggy day care and short boarding. Would recommend. "

"I like to give my honest & positive reviews to Chris & Yuhan. From the moment they met my girl, I could tell they are a true animal lover. I was feeling abit nervous leaving my girl behind the first 2 days but Chris & Yuhan completely put my mind at ease. They sent regular updates and photos, great communication, they followed my feeding, the daily routine instructions perfectly.
My girl bonded with them so well and it was such a comfort to know my fur baby were in such safe, attentive hands. They both treated my girl like a baby indeed, spoiled and loved by them so much. I also want to give a special shout out to Yuhan putting extra efforts cleaning & tying up my girl's hair, brushing daily. I really appreciated it. They are the best dog sitters I've met, genuinely great people. Highly recommend!"

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexi (and Darcy).
She communicates so well right from the beginning and throughout the stay, keeping me updated with photos and messages which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
My cat is an absolute chatterbox who meows non-stop for food and attention. Lexi showed soo much patience with him, keeping him relaxed and entertained. So much so that he didn’t want to come home when I went to pick him up!
Would absolutely recommend these guys to look after your fur family!"

"Jose and Luisa are best pet sitters in Melbourne. I left my dog in their care for more than a month while I was overseas. They are very professional, they looked after my dog really well. Well aware of dog health condition and how to handle at home. I am so impressed with their care, when I see my dog. They were giving us regular updates, videos images stories on Instagram and WhatsApp. Words are not enough to appreciate them. My dog will be going into their care each time we go on holidays. "Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.

"We couldn’t have asked for better pet sitters than Sherica and Matt!
They took great care of our dog Mochi for two weeks while we were on holiday.
From the beginning, Sherica was responsive and quick to organise a meet and greet, which made the entire process easy and smooth.
This was also our first time boarding Mochi and it was clear that he was in great hands since they went above and beyond by providing regular updates and accommodating to his dietary needs.
Mochi had an absolute blast, especially playing with their dog Leo and we can tell that he was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of.
I would happily book with Sherica and Matt again and reccomend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters 🙂"

"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.

"I recently booked Jennifer and Troy through Pawshake to look after my two furbabies Chino and Orie for a week while I was on holiday, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first time ever leaving my dogs with someone new, but from the very beginning, Jennifer and Troy made me feel comfortable and confident that my dogs were in good hands.
One of the main reasons I chose them was the way they instantly connected with my dogs and the thoughtful, pet-friendly environment they provide. Their home felt safe, welcoming, and perfect for my dogs’ needs. Throughout the entire week, they kept me updated every single day with photos, videos, and messages—letting me know how my dogs were doing, what their day looked like, and how they were settling in. Those updates gave me so much peace of mind and made it easy to enjoy my holiday without worrying.

"Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"Shilpa and her husband took such great care of our Rosy. They sent us daily photos and updates, and their communication was excellent throughout the whole stay.
