She took such beautiful care of my dog, making sure they were not only well looked after, but also happy, comfortable, and loved. I really appreciated the updates and photos, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing everything was going so well while I was away.

"Pearl and Nelly took such good care of our dog Dolly while we were overseas for 3 weeks. We were provided daily updates and photos of Dolly and Pearl was even accomodating to our dog’s dietary needs when our dog was picky with her food and stocked up on her favourite treats when she ran out. I can’t recommend Pearl and Nelly enough! Dolly throughly enjoyed her stay here and loved Mochi’s company 💕

"I can't recommend Linda and Chris highly enough.
I left my dog, Cookie, in their care while we were away, and unfortunately, he became very distressed being separated from us. Linda and Chris went above and beyond to support him and make him as comfortable as possible.
Their communication was exceptional. They kept me updated regularly, checked in frequently, and were completely honest about how Cookie was coping. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it was clear that their priority was always Cookie's wellbeing rather than simply getting through the booking.
In the end, I made the decision to collect Cookie after one night, but that decision was made with their support and guidance because they genuinely put his needs first. I was incredibly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and understanding.
Linda and Chris are warm, caring people and very obviously true dog lovers. Their home is welcoming, and the level of care they provide is outstanding. While Cookie wasn't quite ready for overnight stays away from his family, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Linda and Chris to anyone looking for trustworthy, dedicated, and genuinely compassionate pet sitters."

"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care—Pansy and Michael were absolutely outstanding.
Leaving our two older dogs (10 & 11 years) for an extended period was something we were quite anxious about, especially as we usually rely on family. From the very beginning, Pansy put us completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
They went above and beyond in every aspect of care. Our dogs were walked twice daily, their dietary needs were followed perfectly, and they received so much attention and affection. The daily updates with photos and videos were incredible and gave us total peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear our dogs weren’t just being looked after—they were truly cared for and treated like part of the family. They came home relaxed, happy, and clearly having enjoyed their own little holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with Pansy again and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy pet care."

"I could not more highly recommend this fine man. Regarding my two dog's behaviours, I could not have scripted a more disastorous meet n greet. My dogs barked and carried on, but Patrick was extremely gracious and patient and totally understanding. He's a bonified 'dog person' who just gets it.
He had our dogs for about 12 days and provided updates through our whatsapp chat. He was very easy to make plans with and I just knew our family dogs were in good care.
He will be our first go to everytime from now on.
Thank you again Patrick for your care of our precious family dogs - and they way you come to a great understanding of our dog's personalities so quickly.

"Barney seems to have had a wonderful time, staying with Harley, Kate and Madeline! It was extremely easy to make arrangements and communicate with Harley. I also met the lovely Kate for the "meet and greet". Harley also sent pics of Barney during the stay, which is always reassuring when you are missing furry friends. Barney came home happy and relaxed. Harley even dropped over some food I had left behind. I have no hesitation in recommending Harley, Kate and Madeline as responsible and caring pet sitters, and definitely hope to use their services again. "

"Daphne was the most amazing sitter! Due to a very last minute change in circumstances, Daphne was able to take my pup on with only 2 days notice. I have never used a pet sitter before and I was very impressed with her care of my dog! She cared for Pistol as if her own, taking her for walks and even giving my pup a bath. I received daily updates and we kept in touch via text. Daphne is highly recommended by me and I will definitely request her in the future, with more notice of course!"
