"Mel is lovely, and you can tell she is very passionate about caring for the dogs in her care. Our dog stayed with her overnight for 2 nights last week, and Mel was very accommodating. She provided a dog bed for her but she opted for the couch instead, and she didn't mind at all. She just wanted her to be comfortable. "What can I say except that Silvia was exceptional with our pooch Lloyd! She truly showed him love and care!
