"Burn and Win were amazing in their care of our labrador (Charlie) during her 2.5 week stay. She settled in quickly, was very comfortable with them and enjoyed her frequent walks. Her communication was excellent and she regularly kept me updated on how Zara was going, with photos and messages on the App. Judy was also very thorough in collecting as much information as she could from me, in order to make Zaras stay comfortable and enjoyable. "My dog had a great time staying with Teresa and her family. She stayed with them at 3 different instances, and by the third time she did not even acknowledge me leaving. She was literally already on the sofa looking at me like "oh, you're still here". I would have been sad if that wasn't the exact behaviour you want your pet to have with a boarder. She felt so at home and obviously has good memories of her stay that she had no anxiety about me leaving. In fact when I dropped her off, she was so excited to see Teresa and the kids you would think she was visiting family. I've unfortunately had to move from SA and I'm currently looking to replicate the same experience for her in our new state. Her stay with Teresa definitely set a HIGH bar for future stays. Thank you for being the BEST home boarding Mayo has ever had. And she's been doing home boarding since she was 1.5yrs old (she's now 10) and across multiple countries and states. "

"Flora looked after our 2 year old French Bulldog for 5 weeks whilst we were overseas visiting our family.
It is so scary to leave your treasured fury friend. Flora was absolutely wonderful.
We had regular updates from the moment we left. The communication was informative and helpful.
Our Frenchie has a very particular diet, Flora had no problems managing this.
Our Frenchie has regular medication, it even ran out and Flora went to our vet for us.
Flora has a dog too, Twinkle, who has been a best friend to our dog. They looked so happy together and we saw this when we picked our girl up.
Lily has returned to us fit, healthy and happy.

"I cannot recommend Emily highly enough for pet sitting! She took care of my dog, brownie, with so much love and attention, and it was clear from the updates and photos she shared just how happy and well-cared-for he was. She went above and beyond, finding a safe space for him to run freely, grooming him with care, and even capturing adorable photos of him that my family absolutely loved.

"Bec and her family did a wonderful job of caring for our dogs while we were on holiday. Bec was not at all fazed by the age and needs of our 15+ year old (almost blind) dog or by the movement restrictions of our younger dog following ACL surgery.
Regular photos were sent to us, including a delightful photo of Bec’s daughter reading a story to our dogs while they relaxed in comfy beds in front of the slow combustion heater. It was clear that they were happy and settled.
We would be very happy for our dogs to stay with Bec and her family again.

"From the first point of contact, Eduarda was extremely helpful, caring and great at communicating. Eduarda made the entire experience of leaving our family dog with a pet sitter such a positive experience. Due to having separation anxiety, our dog can be a bit high maintenance however Eduarda was very experienced with these issues and made Toby feel welcome and very at home while always keeping us updated. This gave us great peace of mind to be able to enjoy our time away while knowing our dog was being loved and looked after. We are so happy knowing there is someone as experienced as Eduarda available for pet sitting when we are needing it. Can highly recommended!!!! "

"Jacelyn was great with our pup and she used to send us photos to update us about her. The whole process of introduction to boarding was very smoothly handled and was done very easily.
