"Rosie is an attentive, caring and contentious dog sitter. I leave my baby in her wonderful care with great peace of mind. With constant updates, generally humorous, and photos sent often, I can leave knowing the transparency with which Rosie operates is sincere and my boy is safe and happy. "I'm very pleased with Pierette's care of my dog for two weeks. She states in her profile that she is a 'professional full time' dog sitter, and this is the case. Other carers have work-from-home occupations which means they'll be on-hand to look after a dog while doing their 'real' job; Pierette's actual *job* is taking care of the dogs, and it shows, in the doggie activities undertaken each day, organised with the experience and enthusiasm of a 'professional' dog lover.
In finding a dog sitter I wanted both human and canine company for my dog and Pierette and her family provided this.
I am also grateful for their flexibility in taking care of things when a pre-existing ear infection flared up during my absence, necessitating their accommodation of a house call by the vet, pickup of medication and administering same (and handling the messy side-effect!).
'Communication' should be rated ten stars out of five, as Pierette sent a large number of photographs and videos each day through Whatsapp to keep me apprised of my dog's activities. It was delightful to come home each day and catch up with what my dog had been doing during his holiday."

"We were really pleased to find Bron on Pawshake! We had never left Lilly before with a dog sitter or in a dog kennel so we were a little nervous trying to find someone to take care of her and love her as much as we do - Bron took all our fears away! Bron treated Lilly like her own and updated us with photo's and messages - she took Lilly for walks each day and her boys played ball with Lilly (which Lilly loves). I would not hesitate to leave Lilly again with Bron and can highly recommend Bron if you are looking for a pet sitter. Now that Lilly is home again I think she is actually missing Bron and the boys and Jaffa."

"Great comms, great home, great care of our puppy. We will definitely be using Pete again. Augie, our labradoodle, was cared for as if a member of Pete’s family. Pete’s home is a dog’s haven, lots of space to run about, fenced in, great local walks and a loving family to play with. Can’t ask for more. "Benjamin looked after our dog Larry for 9 nights whilst we were out of the country. Larry has been depressed since coming home due to having the time of his life being pampered, loved and treated like a little king. Larry loved playing with Benjamin’s dog Murph, they got along like a house on fire and played till they were tuckered out. "Susan was great. I wasn't sure how Lexi would go staying at a someone's place that she didn't know as she is very timid, however as soon as I walked in it looked like Lexi felt completely comfortable with both Susan and her partner & the other two dogs (their dog & another dog they were sitting). Initially Lexi isn't good with other dogs so I was worried I get a phone call over the weekend but, I didn't. All I got was cute photos of Lexi asleep after a play at the park. Susan was great and helped me feel at easy, that Lexi would be well looked after."

"Andy is an incredible pet minder. Our dog Doug has stayed with him multiple times and it is like he is on holiday. We get daily videos of Doug being walked, playing with other dogs and being very well loved. It is very clear Andy has such care for animals, is incredibly knowledgeable and treats every dog as his own.
