"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"We recently had our precious cat RaRa stay with Gemma for boarding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Gemma took such loving and attentive care of RaRa treating her as if she were her own.
She regularly sent us warm messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.

"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"5/5 stars really isn't enough! I'd like to leave 10/5 stars. Yumi and her partner answered my urgent query within 30 minutes, we're easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate. My boy (and I) have anxiety, and he doesn't like parting from right by my side. He took to Yumi and her partner straight away. I haven't used a sitting service before, and Yumi made me feel at ease, by knowing what questions to ask to make my boys stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend Yumi any higher, she's honestly amazing!!!! Thank you so much 😊

"Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "Tamara is an amazing pet sitter! This is the second time we’ve used Tamara and she took wonderful care of our two senior dogs, including managing their medication needs with care and reliability. "Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again!
