"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"We had our girl Xiaodou cared by Sam for 20 days during our holidays. We are very happy & satisfied with the level of service and care she provided. She followed our daily routine, given lots and cuddles and great care to our girl Xiaodou. We received daily update from her regularly. That has given us a peace of mind while we were away. Sam is not only fulfilled the task as a pet sitter, she is 100% an animal lover. She and her partner Michael have given our girl plenty of play time, attention, great company and plenty of pampering during her stay with them.
We were indeed very lucky to find her on Pawshake, she wasn’t just a pet sitter, she’s done more than 100% for our girl. From the way Sam cared and looked after our girl has made us trusted her very much. We had a few bad experiences while looking for a suitable dog sitter online in the past. We even had a couple of bad ones during meet & greet time. Sam certainly isn’t like anyone of those ones we met in the past. She is very kind hearted, genuine loving and caring & dedicated of course a very responsible person 😊. I highly recommend Sam to anyone 👍 .

"Larina was amazing. Easy and quick to communicate with, accommodated us at short notice, and she offered a meet and greet at the location my pet would stay, and even met her family and said hello. My pet felt very comfortable. She asked many questions to make sure my pet was comfortable and what their routine was like. During the stay, she updated with photos and messages throughout. "We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care Romi provided for our dog Capri while we were on holiday for a month. Capri can be quite particular and we were very nervous leaving Capri, but Romi quickly made her feel comfortable and at ease.
