"We couldn’t be happier with the care our pet received while we were away. Parul was reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, communication was excellent — we received regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Our shadow was clearly loved and well looked after. We came home to a happy, relaxed pet and a clean space.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter. We’ll definitely book again in the future!"

"Tina took care of our fur son Bowie over the holidays for two weeks while we were overseas. Bowie had the best time, as Tina put it, “eat, play, sleep, repeat”! They have a large yard and there were always dogs there for Bowie to play with. Bowie loved their lovely Benji! Communication and coordination was so easy - she sent us photos throughout his stay and we always felt like we were in the loop. She really gave us peace of mind while we were so far away / leaving Bowie for the first time. Could not recommend Tina more if you ever need a pet sitter! We are so grateful that they could take in Bowie over the Christmas and New Year period. We will definitely be re-booking whenever the need arises. Thank you! "

"This was our first time using an in-home dog sitter service. John was a great sitter, it was home away from home for our dog with full time care. She was never left alone and had daily activities. "Chrissie and Isaac are truly exceptional dog carer. We asked for their assistance with taking care of our dog Kuu for a month when we were away overseas. They really went above and beyond in looking after him. They were happy to take Kuu for regular walks. Kuu came back more fit and healthy than before! They are a good communicator too. They provided daily updates, which really helped us stay connected while we were away. It was clear that they truly cared for Kuu like their own. Not only did they make sure all of Kuu’s needs were met, but they also took the extra time to give him plenty of exercise, playtime and socialisation. Knowing that Kuu was in such loving, responsible hands gave me real peace of mind. They are trust worthy and genuinely passionate about animals. I cannot recommend them highly enough. "

"Tara was the most perfect pet sitter I could’ve asked for! From the start her communication is great and organising was extremely easy. Tara even provided a pickup/drop off service which made life so much easier! Throughout my dog (Homer) stay he had the best time with her 2 other pugs playing a lot and doing adventures. What really made her perfect was the fact allowed Homer to sleep in her bed cuddled up next to him alongside with her fur babies, I know he felt comfortable and at home. She followed all care and mealtime instructions I gave her. And i received daily photos and text updates on Homer which is hugely appreciated! Will 1000% be rebooking Tara. I can’t recommend highly enough! "

"Bodie has recently stayed in Merilyn’s home for 8 wonderful days. The care he received was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier, neither could Bodie. His every need was catered for, and he was cuddled, fed, walked , played with, bathed, and generally loved, to within an inch of his life. I’m not even sure whether he was particularly keen to come back home! He went back for daycare a couple of days later, and was so excited to go back to his “home away from home”.
Merilyn sent me regular photos of my boy, making himself at home and looking very contented. While he was there, his ear started playing up, and Merilyn immediately took him to see our Vet and diligently treated the problem until my return.
What a great service, which begs the question, why would you use a regular boarding kennel when such a happy alternative is available?

Selva took amazing care of my dog, Vicky! She went above and beyond to make sure Vicky was comfortable and well-adjusted during her stay. Selva really understood how to balance playtime, treats, walks, and downtime to keep Vicky mentally stimulated and happy.
Vicky and Teddy became fast friends — it was heartwarming to see them learn from each other 😇. Thanks to their time together, Vicky now respects other dogs' food boundaries, which is a huge win! I truly appreciated the thoughtful care Selva provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.
Selva and I have also become friends through this experience, and we’re both looking forward to future playdates for our pups 🐾!

"We have just collected our mini dashound Polly (age 11) after our 7 day cruise. This was the first time that we have left her so we were apprehensive about leaving her for the first time as she does suffer from separation anxiety. Di communicated with us and sent photos. I think that Polly had a great time. Di even walked her, gave her a bath, washed her blanket and brushed her.
