"I want to thank Janelle for her wonderful care of our two papillons that was arranged very close to when we were needing care for 8 days. Janelle provided daily updates and beautiful pictures of the dogs , which made us feel at ease. "I was a bit nervous leaving Scotch with anyone but family, but it was a necessity for an interstate family wedding. What an absolute pleasure it was meeting Anne. From the first phone call I felt at ease speaking with her - she obviously loves animals. She was interested in his schedule, his likes & dislikes. Scotch took to Anne instantly & was happy to leave me once he heard his new doggy friends inside. Anne updated me on how he had settled in, that all dinner had been eaten & that he was up for a few cuddles before bed. The whole experience was seamless & I didn’t worry about Scotch once while I was away. If you are looking for a true safe haven for your doggie at a reasonable price you need to contact Anne & Sean. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again so much for taking care of my Scotch. 🙏🐕"

"Taro was unbelievably happy under Jenns care as well as playing with her playmates, Casper and Zoe! I got updated daily with photos and videos of all the things Taro has been doing such as her training, walks, and so much more! It made me very happy to see how happy Taro was in them☺️

"We can’t thank Sunny enough for the incredible care and love they gave to our dog, Tuffy, while we were away. Tuffy is an anxious pup with separation anxiety, and he can be quite sensitive when we’re not around. But from the moment Sunny stepped in, we knew he was in safe and loving hands.
Sunny was so patient and gentle with him, taking the time to understand his needs, routines, and little quirks. It was clear that Tuffy wasn’t just looked after — he was genuinely cared for. We could tell he felt comfortable and secure, which is not always easy for him.

"I have used PawShake for a while now and my regular sitter wasn't available. Stumbled across Melissa and couldn't be happier.
My dogs were so loved and well cared for. One of my dogs needed eye care and medications while I was gone for a week. Melissa was just amazing.

"We left our pet Charlie in Nitin’s care for one month, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nitin took excellent care of Charlie and treated him like his own. "Both Hari and his wife Harini are absolutely great pet carers. They immediately built connection with my fur baby. My fur baby Waffles was with them for 4 nights and he was being looked after in the most caring way. I received daily detailed updates with pictures. Hari made sure the medication was done and provided me with updates on that too. They followed Waffles diet instructions and made sure he is happy and healthy throughout. Waffles enjoyed lots of play and tummy rubs during his stay with Hari. Both Hari and his wife are excellent with prompt communication. I am very happy to have found them are my future go-to pet sitters for Waffles. "

"Srinidhi was fantastic with Bowie. We booked for an overnight stay which was the first one we had done outside of normal group kennel boarding which he isnt a fan of. Communication was fantastic in the lead up and Srinidhi organised a meet and greet prior to ensure Bowie was comfortable at their house. Bowie loved his stay and got along well with everyone. Lots of communication and more importantly lots of pictures and walks throughout the stay. Highly recommend. "

"It was a first time for us and Basti to try a dog boarding and we're a bit anxious on how everything is going to work out.
