Valeria was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, very easy and flexible to deal with and most importantly took perfect care of our dog. "Weijun took good care of our Australian Cattle Dog. He spent one night (dog-boarding) and an additional full day (doggy day care) on a rainy weekend at Weijun’s - which could’ve been challenging with lack of outdoor play, but he was well looked after! Very grateful! "

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. "Joyce was an amazing sitter. Our little puppy was only 4 months old, not fully toilet trained yet, but Joyce was very patient and understanding. She played with our puppy, fed her, and took many photos and videos throughout the day to update us! We can feel she really cared for our puppy. Our puppy got along well with Joyce’s dog Oscar too! We were very pleased with Joyce’s service and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter."

"Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"5/5 stars really isn't enough! I'd like to leave 10/5 stars. Yumi and her partner answered my urgent query within 30 minutes, we're easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate. My boy (and I) have anxiety, and he doesn't like parting from right by my side. He took to Yumi and her partner straight away. I haven't used a sitting service before, and Yumi made me feel at ease, by knowing what questions to ask to make my boys stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend Yumi any higher, she's honestly amazing!!!! Thank you so much 😊
