"Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"Felisa looked after our Jack Russell terrier over the week of Christmas 2025 and it was a fantastic experience. She kept us updated with messages and photos every day and made sure our little dog was so well looked after. Felisa is a dog lover and looked after our dog as if it was her own. I would highly recommend Felisa as a dog sitter and we will definitely be back 😊"

"Winnie was a fantastic pet sitter! From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. While we were away, she took great care of our dog — feeding her on schedule, keeping everything clean, and making sure she felt comfortable and loved. We especially appreciated the daily updates and adorable pictures, which made it much easier for us to relax on our trip. Our dog clearly bonded with Winnie and was calm and content when we returned. "Hiromi took such great care of Ella and kept us updated each day, which we really appreciated. Both Hiromi and her husband were wonderful with Ella, and it was clear Ella felt comfortable and happy and enjoyed her stay. Ella was all smiles when we picked her up. "Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "Tamara is an amazing pet sitter! This is the second time we’ve used Tamara and she took wonderful care of our two senior dogs, including managing their medication needs with care and reliability. "Hung-Ying went above and beyond to make our Bella feel loved and spoilt. Bella had playtimes, walks, special treats cooked for her, daily brushing and pampering. We were constantly sent gorgeous photos and updates and I know that Bella absolutely loved her stay. She was treated very much as one of the family and my husband and I are so grateful for all the care and love given to her.
The hardest thing when you are going away is the worry of who will care for your beloved pet. Not this time. We thank Hung-Ying and her husband from the bottom of our hearts. "

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video!
