"Shona is the best dog sitter we could ever ask for. She’s so lovely , caring, considerate and thoughtful.
She looked after our dog few times and every single time was so delightful. Daily photos and messages, tell us what she did with our dog and tell us how he’s doing. Our dog got sick on the day when I am about to get on the flight and Shona took such a good care of him while we were away, given him medication etc. she even bought him Christmas treats, toys and gifts.
Shona even changed bedding for us so when we got home in the middle of the night we could straight go to bed without worry about changing sheets.
Shona, I know I have been saying this millions times but we are so lucky to have you to help us and you are such an angel. We are very grateful for your help. "

"Nick is amazing with communication! He’s very flexible. He was willing to work with what works for you and your dog. I could see that my dog really felt comfortable with him. He made sure to send pics. He was very conscious of respecting and following the boundaries you have set for your dog, You will definitely feel safe leaving your dog with him. Highly recommend!"

"It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."

"Gizem is a very kind and caring person who looked after our rescue staffies just like they were her own. Our dogs can be anxious but Gizem followed all of our guidelines - she followed their routine and their meds. They didn’t even know we had gone - we would definitely have Gizem look after our dogs again and we highly recommend her!"
