For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Patterson Lakes VIC for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Patterson Lakes VIC Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Patterson Lakes VIC sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I'm Monash Cecilia and I'm 20 years old. I love animals dearly, growing up in my childhood I had dogs but they weren't just pets but they were everything to me they Were my best friends. I care for animals a lot and i cherish them. I have a pet of my own and his name is aki i take him for walks every morning and sometimes night. He enjoys morning walks more because he loves playing at the park when it's sunny. Aki is my healing spirit and he helps me a lot during my lowest . This is what motivates me to become a dog walker and sitter because animals are my most favourite things in the world. I have experience in dog walking and also caring for them. I've also got a pet bunny and she's only 4 months she's a happy bunny and who eats a lot and plays a lot
I'm happy to spend most of my time with your fur babies and you can count on me when you need a sitter or help in taking care of your fur babies when you want to go for a holiday ️

I’m a calm, caring, and reliable pet sitter with a genuine love for animals and a strong respect for the trust pet owners place in me. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from how naturally I connect with animals, particularly those who benefit from a gentle, kind and loving presence. I really value providing care that is genuine and feels safe, low-stress, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs, routines, and personality.
I have previous experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages, temperaments, and energy levels, including pets who are a little anxious, shy, or sensitive to change. I’m very observant and take the time to notice the small things — changes in behaviour, appetite, or mood — so pets feel settled and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m also comfortable following specific instructions around feeding, medication, walks, and routines.
I take pet care seriously and always aim to treat animals as if they were my own. My goal is to provide loving, thoughtful care so you can feel completely at ease knowing your pet is in kind and capable hands.

Hello, I'm Shane, retiree based in Frankston Victoria. I have a 14 year old Papillion Pip who is still quite active. We get out for a short walk daily. I have a medium sized yard with garden to explore and a doggy door. I am an animal lover and your dog will be well looked after and indoors during their stay with Pip and I. Pip gets on very well with other dogs and would love the company and a play mate. My yard is well fenced and secure And can accomate a small to medium sized dog.
I have looked after dogs for my family and friends for many years and Pip has always enjoyed having another dog in her home. my daughter recently suggested dog sitting as she has also enjoyed the experience of looking after dogs in her home.
happy to have a meet and greet or answer any questions.

My name is Phoebe and I live with my partner Sam. We have a French Bulldog, Johnny - our beloved baby.
We live in an apartment in Bentleigh with a courtyard and doggy door. Johnny (our frenchie) lives indoor with us, as will your furbaby! Both Sam and I work, and I often work from home.
We know how stressful it can be to leave your pet alone, as we treat our boy Johnny like an actual baby. This is why we want to help out by pet sitting.
Rest assured that your pet will be treated like our own. Just like Johnny, they will stay indoor with us, watch TV on the couch with us and be spoilt with lots of attention! I work from home most days so will be able to look after your pupper.
Daily walkies also are essential in this household :) we often go to nearby parks or walk around in the neighbourhood (on lead only).
Johnny gets along with other dogs and is very friendly. Johnny is particularly fond of other Frenchies.
Since we live in an apartment, we will accept small/medium dogs only. Also please ensure that your dogs are up to date with their vaccinations :) Any medical issues, please do let us know in advance. It is essential that your pet is toilet trained.
We will take maximum of 2 dogs.
We look forward to welcoming your furbaby!

Hi, I’m Gab!
I’m a 40-year-old professional working for the Australian Federal Government, where I lead teams delivering strategic transformation and change projects.
Over the past year, I’ve been house and pet sitting across Melbourne and Victoria full-time, and I’ve completely fallen in love with the lifestyle. Spending time with animals is genuinely my favourite part of every sit — it’s the part I enjoy most and the reason I keep doing this.
I’ve cared for a wide range of animals, including dogs (from small companions to large and working breeds), cats (so many cats!!), chickens, rabbits, horses, birds — and even two llamas (a personal highlight!). I’m calm, patient, and attentive, and I take the time to understand each animal’s routine, personality, and needs.
I’m an active and confident dog walker and genuinely enjoy long walks, so I’m very happy to support regular walks, energetic breeds, and dogs who need a bit more exercise. I’m also available for daytime house visits and check-ins. I usually work from home, which means I’m present and flexible throughout the day — I just need a small bench or table space to set up my laptop during longer visits.
I have a current police check and take great pride in being respectful, reliable, and trustworthy in other people’s homes. I understand the importance of privacy, security, and caring for a home as if it were my own, and I always aim to leave things just as they were left — if not better.
While I’m new to Pawshake and don’t yet have reviews on this platform, I’ve completed many short- and long-term house and pet sits through other platforms, as well as direct referrals. I’m very happy to provide strong references upon request.
I’m well suited to short-term and weekend sits, dog walking, and daytime house visits, and I’m always happy to chat and meet beforehand to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone.
Looking forward to meeting you and your pets!— Gab

About Me:
I'm a passionate dog lover with five years of experience in dog minding. I strive to create a comfortable and enriching environment for every dog in my care. A year-long volunteer experience as a Seeing Eye Dog carer provided invaluable insight into dog behavior, training, and specific needs. This experience, coupled with owning my own friendly, released SED Lab Retriever, has given me a deep understanding of canine communication and individual personalities.
My Dog-Sitting Services:
I offer a safe and secure home environment for your beloved dog(s). I live with my 4 year old Lab Retriever girl Italy. My property features a fully fenced backyard, providing ample space for play and exercise. We are conveniently located near several dog parks and beaches, offering opportunities for fun outings and socialization (with your permission, of course). I am also happy to provide updates and photos of your dog during their stay, so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
Boarding Service includes: 45mins walk, twice per day. I can administer medication to pets and I offer training to pets where possible. I work from home and would spent as much time as possible caring for your beloved pet.
Your pet is allowed in most of the rooms in my house except bed rooms.
Daycare Service includes: 30mins walk, once per day

Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover, and dogs have always had a special place in my heart!I grew up with a family dog and have loved being around animals ever since. Over the years, I’ve also looked after dogs for friends and others, including Golden Retrievers and Akitas, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities.I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, whether it’s taking them on walks, playing together, exploring outdoors, or simply relaxing at home. I believe every pet deserves plenty of love, attention, and companionship. Dog Walking & House SittingI’m currently available every day and have a flexible schedule, so I can give your furry friend plenty of attention and care. For dog walking, I typically offer 30–60 minute walks around local parks, quiet residential streets, and nearby walking trails. I’m always happy to adjust the duration and pace based on your dog’s age, energy level, and individual needs. For house sitting, I’m happy to stay at your home so your pet can remain comfortable in their familiar environment. I’ll follow their usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. A Safe & Caring EnvironmentMy home has a fenced backyard, although I currently focus on dog walking and house sitting rather than daycare or boarding. When staying in your home, I’ll treat your property with the same care and respect as my own. I’ll make sure doors and windows are securely locked, follow your home security instructions, keep everything clean and tidy, and respect your privacy.I’ll also send regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing your furry friend is happy, safe, and well cared for.I know how much pets mean to their families, and I’ll treat yours with the same love, patience, and care I’d give my own. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! ️
