"I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"Anastacia was a pleasure to deal with. Her communication from the onset was great and attentive to our needs and our dog’s needs, which made it easy to know that she was the right fit. Her two dogs who are a similar breed to ours were also relaxed and welcomed the new friend. This gave us comfort but also meant our dog had someone else to play with. Her yard was also large which meant that there was plenty of room to play.
Anastacia took our god for walks, sent photos and gave us regular updates.
Would be delighted to go back to Anastacia for either an overnight stay or just a day in the week for our dog.
Thanks Anastacia for taking care of our dog. We are grateful for treating him with love and care."

"Hayley and Martin are everything you wish for in a pet sitter - Quick to respond, great communication (reassuring/understanding with lots of photo updates etc), flexible and attentive to any puppy rules you have in place.
As soon as I met with them and their furbaby poppy i immediately felt at ease. They clearly adore animals and Sarah (my puppy with a human name) took to all of them immediately - I think she tried to follow them home after our meet and greet.
I'm looking to book again whilst I am away on a 7 day holiday if they are available and also planning to book in regular day care with them.
This is my first experience with pawshake and having my pup away fr home. I spent hours thinking, worrying, stressing, biting my nails etc but I needn't have worried. I'm really thrilled to have found Hayley, Martin and poppy!"

"Absolutely amazing pet sitters who took great care of our baby Haru. Their spacious and enclosed backyard gave him lots of space to run around freely, and their care and attention made sure he was walked, fed and happy. Communication was very quick and clear, and Eloy and Dream sent us photos regularly which reassured us Haru was having a great time, allowing us to have a great time on our holiday as well. Definitely will rebook in the future! "

"I recently had the pleasure of using Sue as a dog sitter for my beloved Cavoodle, Beau, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very start, it was clear that Sue has a genuine love for dogs and an impressive ability to take care of them.
Beau had an absolute blast during his time with her. Sue made sure he received plenty of exercise with multiple walks in the park, where he could explore and enjoy the great outdoors. Additionally, their trips to the dog park were a highlight for Beau—he had the chance to play with other dogs, which is always a joy for him.
What I appreciated most were the regular updates Sue provided. She sent me pictures and messages that showcased Beau having a fantastic time, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see him so happy and well-cared for.

"Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"

"Ciara has a lovely open apartment 5Min walk from Sydney Park, a major criteria for me. My 2 dogs settled in very quickly, thankfully they are very adaptable doggies now 8yo siblings. Ciara had pics to me ea day just to reassure me they were enjoying their park run around, asleep at her place (on the lounge) and general wellbeing Very friendly young girl & partner, loves dogs that was obvious. "Thais provided the best care for River who stayed over with her over a week while we were on a nice vacation from Sat to Sunday. Her kindness and care for River was very well received and appreciated. When I came to pick River up to take him home he looked dissappointed to be leaving Thais and her lovely home. I highly recommend her and thank her so much for her amazing service and care for River, who was a very spoiled cat indeed."
