"I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Louise. From the moment we met, it was clear how much Louise and her partner genuinely love and understand Frenchies in particular. Henry took to them right away, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
Throughout the entire stay, she provided regular updates, including photos and little notes about how things were going. It meant so much to know Henry was not only well cared for, but also happy and relaxed in my absence.
Henry came back home calm, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Henry was sad when he came home because of how much he missed Louise. It’s such a relief to know we have someone trustworthy and kind to rely on whenever we need to be away. I highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for an attentive, responsible, and compassionate sitter!

"We've had Elaine look after our furbaby twice now and both times she and her partner have taken great care of him. Our doggo is a very picky eater but Elaine caters to his silly needs.
Elaine's own furbabies play really well with our shy doggo and he really misses their company when he comes home.
I'd highly recommend Elaine to anyone looking for a kind, patient, and caring pet sitter."

"Felisa looked after our Jack Russell terrier over the week of Christmas 2025 and it was a fantastic experience. She kept us updated with messages and photos every day and made sure our little dog was so well looked after. Felisa is a dog lover and looked after our dog as if it was her own. "I recently had the pleasure of using Sue as a dog sitter for my beloved Cavoodle, Beau, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very start, it was clear that Sue has a genuine love for dogs and an impressive ability to take care of them.
Beau had an absolute blast during his time with her. Sue made sure he received plenty of exercise with multiple walks in the park, where he could explore and enjoy the great outdoors. Additionally, their trips to the dog park were a highlight for Beau—he had the chance to play with other dogs, which is always a joy for him.
What I appreciated most were the regular updates Sue provided. She sent me pictures and messages that showcased Beau having a fantastic time, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see him so happy and well-cared for.

"Absolutely amazing pet sitters who took great care of our baby Haru. Their spacious and enclosed backyard gave him lots of space to run around freely, and their care and attention made sure he was walked, fed and happy. Communication was very quick and clear, and Eloy and Dream sent us photos regularly which reassured us Haru was having a great time, allowing us to have a great time on our holiday as well. Definitely will rebook in the future! "

"Maggie (and Adam) have been amazing with our dog Cooper. Maggie was sending us pictures and videos of him very often so we could see his lil doggy smile and how happy he was. "Best of the best! We couldn’t be happier with the care Nova received from Haven! She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. She spent so much time playing with Nova, training her, and making sure she had plenty of fun with Cori. Nova looked so happy and smiley every single day!
