"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "Madeline, Marius and Molly welcomed me and my doggo into their home with a big smile and a warm welcome. I knew straight away that Apollo would be taken care of and treated as if he was their own, they obviously had a great understanding of working breed dogs and how to keep them entertained. He swam in the pool, went to Manly for a walk and made great friends with Molly. 2 working breed dogs could be a huge success or a big fail. This was definitely a roaring success and the 3M's will be my number 1 choice for future bookings. Thank you for giving Apollo a fun day while I travelled, he is looking forward to the next time 😀. "We recently had Grace take care of my two pugs while I was out away on holidays and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Grace was professional, friendly, and clearly loves animals. She kept me updated throughout the 2 weeks with texts and photos, which helped put my mind at ease. When I returned, my dogs were happy and healthy, and they almost didn’t want to leave! "Lana looked after my small Cobberdog for a week. Lots of walks, cuddles and care. She sent me photos often of my dog enjoying life with walks and socialising with other dogs. "We loved the open communication and updates that were given throughout the stay. Kartika treated Milo like her own dog, her care towards him was certainly valued!
We had Milo stay for 3 nights with Kartika. Throughout the stay, we were constantly getting updates on how Milo was doing. Kartika even took Milo was a super long walk along with her other dog.

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video!
