"Clyde our much-loved Westie was looked after by Lee and Tom Bates for the period Wed Sep 2 - Sat Oct 10 (38 nights) whilst we were overseas on a cruise. During this time, he was well cared for, loved and treated as part of the family. Along the way, we were supplied with many updates and happy snaps. Unfortunately for Clyde at the later part of his stay, he had an unexpected medical episode that required urgent Veterinary services and consequent surgery. All Clyde’s personal details i.e. vet, vaccinations etc. were supplied to his Carers prior to leaving.
At the time of the incident our Carers handled all matters in an extremely professional manner, with the utmost care and love to assist with Clyde’s immediate circumstances and ongoing wellbeing. We were stuck in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean at the time unable to assist which as could be imagined was extremely distressing. We received constant updates on his condition along with many follow-up photos. They also arranged for our Vet to contact us directly with a complete update of Clyde’s condition and full details pertaining to his surgery. This was very reassuring and greatly appreciated. In short, all was handled as we would have done ourselves had we been there at the time. Thanks to Lee and Tom, Clyde is well and truly on the road to recovery and back to his cheeky self. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

"Radhika looked after my two cats whilst away for 4 weeks and I couldn't be more happy with her level of service. My fur babies were looked after perfectly, nothing was a problem, the cats were given access to the house and played with and Radhika also sent through regular photos of how they were getting along! I'll definitely be booking in more stays with Radhika in the future! "

"Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. Our dog was loved and cared for just like in our home and that made all the difference. We definitely rate Anitha highly and will use her service again. "

"Natalie is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our puppy ! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pup! When we came home after our weekend away our pet was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Natalie sent us photos of our baby having fun which was really nice 🙂

"Lee was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my puppy feel at home and my dog absolutely adored her dog. It was the first time we were away so we were not sure how he would go, but he came home happy, and I think he actually missed Lee and KayDee. "Emily was a FANTASTIC dog sitter. She looked after our girl Luna with such great care, taking her on walks and making sure she felt at home. Emily kept in contact with us everyday, sending us photos and updates of how Luna was doing. Her dog Tums was also a great host, taking Luna under his wing and sharing his place with her.
