"5/5 stars really isn't enough! I'd like to leave 10/5 stars. Yumi and her partner answered my urgent query within 30 minutes, we're easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate. My boy (and I) have anxiety, and he doesn't like parting from right by my side. He took to Yumi and her partner straight away. I haven't used a sitting service before, and Yumi made me feel at ease, by knowing what questions to ask to make my boys stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend Yumi any higher, she's honestly amazing!!!! Thank you so much 😊

"Judith was such a lovely and amazing dog sitter. She took such great care of Ruby, and treated my dog Ruby like her own, and was very good at communicating Ruby’s progress with me when I was away during my trip - I was updated with lots of lovely photos of Ruby and I was very reassured that Ruby was doing great. "Simon is a very lovely and kind gentleman. He took great care of my dog, Teddy, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. His home is cozy, warm, and very clean, which made it the perfect environment for Teddy to feel comfortable. On top of that, Simon’s rates are much more affordable than many other sitters I looked into, without compromising on the quality of care. He’s responsive and clearly communicates. "We loved the open communication and updates that were given throughout the stay. Kartika treated Milo like her own dog, her care towards him was certainly valued!
We had Milo stay for 3 nights with Kartika. Throughout the stay, we were constantly getting updates on how Milo was doing. Kartika even took Milo was a super long walk along with her other dog.

"Madeline, Marius and Molly welcomed me and my doggo into their home with a big smile and a warm welcome. I knew straight away that Apollo would be taken care of and treated as if he was their own, they obviously had a great understanding of working breed dogs and how to keep them entertained. He swam in the pool, went to Manly for a walk and made great friends with Molly. 2 working breed dogs could be a huge success or a big fail. This was definitely a roaring success and the 3M's will be my number 1 choice for future bookings. Thank you for giving Apollo a fun day while I travelled, he is looking forward to the next time 😀. "This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! "I couldn't be more pleased with the care our two dogs received from Katja and her family. They stayed with her for 9 nights while our home was being renovated, and it was clear from the photos that they were having an amazing time, smiling and enjoying the company of other dogs. Katja was incredibly attentive to their needs, providing gentle walks (as they’re older) and plenty of cuddles. Unlike kennels, which often charge extra for walks, attention, or special care, everything was included in the fee with Katja. When I went to pick them up, although they were happy to see me, one of my dogs momentarily turned back, as if to stay! It was obvious they were very happy and comfortable in Katja’s care. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!"

"Our Paxton had a blast with Kavita and her family while we were away. Kavita truly loves dogs, always caring about Paxton's physical and mental wellbeing and paying attention to even small details. She provided daily updates with photos and videos. Her place was well-suited for dogs of any size with a free and easy backyard access. Her dog Mahaan is a gentle soul and was very accommodating of a new dog in the house. We will definitely leave Paxton with Kavita again for any future trips.
