"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.
Hats off to Christine and Neil for doing such a wonderful job! It’s comforting to know that Ralph was in such capable and caring hands. We can’t thank them enough for making his stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate pet care."

"Angie and her house mate were great! My dog Noodle enjoyed all the extra cuddles and attention. He clearly felt at home as he boldly slept like a starfish on the couch and shared the bed.
We loved the clear communication and daily summaries with information about food consumed, medication times and bathroom breaks.
Noodle will definitely be going back to Angie’s place. "

"First time using this service, I didn’t know what to expect. But Kat was amazing!
You know she truly cares about the doggos she looks after, as she messaged me after the booking to check in and see how my fur baby was doing after having an upset tummy. She also wipes eye boogers away with no hesitation, which might not mean much to some people, but it showed me that she’s the real deal! Will be calling Kat every time I need a dog sitter ❤️ "

"We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely person/ family to look after our Milly after a last minute accomodation cancellation. Vanessa was very accomodating and gave our 10yr old poochon the love she needed, even managed medications well! I’ve never had Mill come back from a stay away from home so relaxed. Communication was brilliant and can’t recommend more :)"

"Meg is a great sitter. She cared very well for our cat for a week and was also very easy to communicate with. My cat had a private room that was spacious and clean and had lots of engaging toys and climbing things. Meg also kept me updated with photos and little reports on how my cat was doing. She has a camera on in the cat's room and you can download an app to observe your cat at any time. I will definitely recommend Meg to anyone in need of a pet sitter and will use her again next time."

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
My pet is comfortable around him now which is a good sign because my pet rarely spends a long time alone with someone.
Definitely will get back to him when I work away from home again.

"Couldn’t have been happier with the care Michael, Kelly and their lovely dog, Teddy, gave my two Border Collies.
