"It was our first time using Pawshake pet sitters and Debbie made the whole process very easy and a smooth experience for us. She provided excellent service and care for our 2 Pomeranians dogs. Debbie would also keep us updated with pictures regularly so we had complete peace of mind and no ambiguity at all. Would definitely recommend and use Debbie as a pet sitter next time. "

"This was our first time using an in-home dog sitter service. John was a great sitter, it was home away from home for our dog with full time care. She was never left alone and had daily activities. "Susan was great. I wasn't sure how Lexi would go staying at a someone's place that she didn't know as she is very timid, however as soon as I walked in it looked like Lexi felt completely comfortable with both Susan and her partner & the other two dogs (their dog & another dog they were sitting). Initially Lexi isn't good with other dogs so I was worried I get a phone call over the weekend but, I didn't. All I got was cute photos of Lexi asleep after a play at the park. Susan was great and helped me feel at easy, that Lexi would be well looked after."

"Priscilla was a wonderful sitter for our little Daisy. She looked after her for 2 weeks, successfully administering a slightly complicated medicine regime and gave us regular updates, including photos. Daisy has settled back home nicely. "Victoria is the best dog carer we have ever met! My boys leap out of the car to go to her house and hang out with the other doggos. Victoria truly treats all of the dogs in her care as part of her family and her daughter also loved our big boy. Victoria sends photo updates of what the dogs are doing and they always sleep well on the road trip home after having lots of play time with other dogs. I couldn’t recommend Victoria higher! Great location which is very convenient for many places if you are visiting Brisbane. We will be back! Thanks again Victoria! We all love you 🐾🐕🐶"

"We couldn’t be happier with the care our pet received while we were away. Parul was reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, communication was excellent — we received regular updates, photos, and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Our shadow was clearly loved and well looked after. We came home to a happy, relaxed pet and a clean space.

"Tina took care of our fur son Bowie over the holidays for two weeks while we were overseas. Bowie had the best time, as Tina put it, “eat, play, sleep, repeat”! They have a large yard and there were always dogs there for Bowie to play with. Bowie loved their lovely Benji! Communication and coordination was so easy - she sent us photos throughout his stay and we always felt like we were in the loop. She really gave us peace of mind while we were so far away / leaving Bowie for the first time. Could not recommend Tina more if you ever need a pet sitter! We are so grateful that they could take in Bowie over the Christmas and New Year period. We will definitely be re-booking whenever the need arises. Thank you! "

"Bodie has recently stayed in Merilyn’s home for 8 wonderful days. The care he received was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier, neither could Bodie. His every need was catered for, and he was cuddled, fed, walked , played with, bathed, and generally loved, to within an inch of his life. I’m not even sure whether he was particularly keen to come back home! He went back for daycare a couple of days later, and was so excited to go back to his “home away from home”.
Merilyn sent me regular photos of my boy, making himself at home and looking very contented. While he was there, his ear started playing up, and Merilyn immediately took him to see our Vet and diligently treated the problem until my return.
What a great service, which begs the question, why would you use a regular boarding kennel when such a happy alternative is available?
