"Joel and Emma looked after my dog Bonnie while I was in Japan, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
From the start, they were warm, organised and genuinely caring. Bonnie settled in so well with them, which says everything—she’s not shy about letting you know if she’s unhappy. I got regular updates and photos, which made being away so much easier.
They treated her like part of their family, not just a job. I came home to a very happy, relaxed dog (and maybe one who didn’t miss me quite as much as I hoped 😅).
I’d absolutely trust Joel and Emma again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing someone reliable, kind and attentive to look after their pet."

"Natalie is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our puppy ! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pup! When we came home after our weekend away our pet was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Natalie sent us photos of our baby having fun which was really nice 🙂

"Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. Our dog was loved and cared for just like in our home and that made all the difference. We definitely rate Anitha highly and will use her service again. "

"Lee was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my puppy feel at home and my dog absolutely adored her dog. It was the first time we were away so we were not sure how he would go, but he came home happy, and I think he actually missed Lee and KayDee. Juliette exceeded my expectations by a massive amount. Everything on her profile is 100% accurate, upon meeting Juliette it was abundantly clear that this lady loves dogs.
Juliette and her partner took such good care of my dog and even spoiled her. They did more than was required and kept up a steady stream of photos and videos while I was away on holiday.

She understood our concerns (first time being away from doggo) and sent us frequent updates in the form of videos and photos, which gave us reassurance that our dog was in good hands. "WOW! Where do I begin...... From the very first meet and greet i knew Dee and Sasi were amazing people. On late notice and after multiple cancelations or people who agreed to look after our boy but tuned him down due to his size and breed who have no idea about dog sitting and management of large breeds it looked like our big cuddly bear "archie" the German shepherd would be left with no one to take care of him. Dee replied to my msgs and promptly let me know that our holiday dates were not a problem to host our Archie. We quickly organized a meet and greet for that week as we were flying out of the country in less than a week and stress levels were quiet high at the time.
Being conscious of our big boy's size and nature i was worried about the meet and greet as our Archie has set routines and a unique way of communicating to us when he needs something, and this was something i was worried about incase Archie would stress out during his stay but boy was i wrong. From the first moment we met both Dee and Sasi have the warmest and most loving nature towards animals and although archie was a bit stressed in a new environment they persisted with hugs, kisses, love and attention until he felt comfortable, and it was all uphill from there. Constant daily/weekly updates with photos and videos of our boy happy on his walks and playtime with other dogs (Dee and Sasi did an amazing job socializing our boy who is quite standoffish at first to other dogs but archie ended up being the talk of the town during his stay making friends with multiple dogs both big and small and also gently interacting with a newborn baby. He was so comfortable i could see the love and care he received purely through the photos Dee was sending me. Thank you so much Dee and Sasi for loving our boy like your own and we will be back for more visits now we have found our perfect doggy home away from home for our Archie.
I would highly recommend Dee and Sasi for any breed of dog as they know how to handle dogs and provide a healthy and balanced environment for both big and small dogs and this is proven with the regular visits of repeat customers who stayed throughout the time our Archie was a resident with them. THANK YOU Dee and Sasi !!!"

"Mandy took really good care of my dog Bailey for three whole weeks while I was travelling outside the country during the New Year holiday. She has constantly updated me with messages, photos and videos which gave me a great peace of mind. She and her husband are real dog lovers and their backyard is great for small dogs. They are also super helpful and were kind enough to accommodate my special request on the pick-up arrangement at the end of Bailey’s home boarding. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future."
