Rishni goes above and beyond, sending daily texts and photos that give us such peace of mind while we’re away from our four-legged son. It means everything to know Bailey is happy, safe, and in such capable hands.

"My experience with Elijah was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I reached out to him for the first time, he was extremely responsive and flexible. He happily arranged a meet and greet time convenient to me and was very accomodating with drop off and pick up times. He regularly shared updates and pics of my pooch while I was away, which was so lovely to receive. Having the peace of mind that my pooch was in such caring hands while I was away was great and I’d definitely use Elijah in future. It was evident he has a genuine love and care for furry, four legged friends! "

"If we could have given Garth more than 5 stars we would. Our Daisy had never been away from home before and from the moment we first met Garth and Ivan we knew she was in the best possible hands.

"My family were going away overseas for a holiday and we had booked at the pet hotel for Zara. But somehow at the back of my mind, i was a bit apprehensive about how much interaction she was going to get there. Luckily somehow Pawshake popped up on my screen! I never knew places like this existed. I had seen couple of other dog sitters before I met Elise. The minute Zara and I met her, I knew she was the one. Zara liked her and she was really affectionate with Zara too.
It was with peace of mind that we went away. Elise sent me photos of Zara quite regularly and to see that she enjoyed dogs company, assured me that I had made the right decision choosing Elise & Co. Baxter was friendly and I know for sure that Zara came back home learning that she can sleep alone in the laundry now! Thank you Elise. I have no doubt I will send Zara there again and will definitely tell my freinds with dogs about Elise & Co. "I cannot recommend Arlene enough. My 1 year old Lagotto stayed with her for 9 days. I was very apprehensive to leave him with someone as he is a young dog and has never been left with a sitter. Arlene put all my concerns at ease and was fantastic at providing updates (including lovely photos) of him enjoying his holiday. He was treated to lots of walks and trips to the beach and was even allowed to sleep on Arlene’s bed. For all future holidays we will be contacting Arlene and if you’re looking for a pet sitter there is no better!"

"Patricia was very warm and welcoming when she met Bambi for first time .
Bambi had no problem settling in with Patricia and made herself at home. It was good to get updates on how Bambi was settling in over the 3 days she was there. When we collected her she was calm and had become very comfortable with Patricia.

"Angela and her husband were fantastic pet sitters for our dog Benson. Angela responded to my messages quickly and put my mind at ease after the first meeting. I was confident leaving my dog with her. She was very flexible when we had to amend our booking due to unforeseen family circumstances and very accommodating when arranging drop off and pick up times. Benson had a wonderful stay with them and was very reluctant to come home which indicates how well cared for he was. "Sheila was an incredible pet sitter and took exceptional care of our little dog Lula - we could not have asked for more! We had never left Lula with someone we didn’t know and we were a bit nervous but Sheila put us at ease with her detailed knowledge of dogs and understanding of their needs. She is very caring and took the time to really get to know and understand Lula, and kept us up to date with daily photos and messages. Our dog is older and not social with other dogs and Sheila took all her needs into account. I think they became great mates during Lula’s stay and we could tell when we got home that our dog was very happy and healthy, in fact I think she ate better than we did. Sheila is committed and conscientious, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or leave Lula in her care again. "Jill, Ian and family look after our dogs so beautifully. They will always be our carers of choice. We receive regular updates with photos and videos of the dogs looking so happy and enjoying their outings. Our two large dogs receive lots of love, cuddles and plenty of beach walks. Jill and Ian take every care to ensure our dogs needs are carefully looked after, particularly given 1 likes to run off-lead and the other likes to saunter on-lead. They are fully exercised every day and they always come out with huge puppy smiles on their face and very restful from all the play and walks.
Couldn't recommend Jill and Ian highly enough - we leave our dogs and have absolutely no worries about them as we know they are loved just as much for the duration of their stay 🐶"
