"Ana and Nick are amazing! From the moment you meet them you can feel they are animal lovers. They are very professional too.
Ana is very responsive and a straightforward communicator.
I had other people looking after my dog (from this platform) and frankly they won’t great and I can easily tell from the reaction of my dog when I collect him.
I’m just glad that I found Ana to look after my dog and I only hope that she will be available to look after my dog when I need her.

"I couldn't be happier with the care Rio received from Kevan and his partner during his 4-day stay! From the very beginning, they were absolutely fantastic. They went the extra mile by arranging a meet-and-greet to introduce Rio to their dog, Kayo, which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving him.
Throughout Rio's stay, they provided constant updates, including a steady stream of photos and videos. I never once had to reach out to them for an update, which meant the world to me. It was clear that Rio was having a great time, as they took him on multiple walks near parks and lakes, and they were incredibly attentive to his food schedule, giving us regular updates on his meals.
Kevan and his partner are incredibly easygoing and responsive, making the entire process seamless. The care they showed for Rio was truly exceptional; they treated him like a member of their own family. It was because of their genuine care and attention that I was able to thoroughly enjoy my vacation without a single worry about my pup. I feel so lucky to have found them on Pawshake and would absolutely book with them again. Thank you both so much for providing such a comforting and wonderful home for Rio!"

"We had a great experience with our dog sitter, Mackenzie! She looked after our dog, Popcorn, and did an amazing job. "We had our girl Xiaodou cared by Sam for 20 days during our holidays. We are very happy & satisfied with the level of service and care she provided. She followed our daily routine, given lots and cuddles and great care to our girl Xiaodou. We received daily update from her regularly. That has given us a peace of mind while we were away. Sam is not only fulfilled the task as a pet sitter, she is 100% an animal lover. She and her partner Michael have given our girl plenty of play time, attention, great company and plenty of pampering during her stay with them.
We were indeed very lucky to find her on Pawshake, she wasn’t just a pet sitter, she’s done more than 100% for our girl. From the way Sam cared and looked after our girl has made us trusted her very much. We had a few bad experiences while looking for a suitable dog sitter online in the past. We even had a couple of bad ones during meet & greet time. Sam certainly isn’t like anyone of those ones we met in the past. She is very kind hearted, genuine loving and caring & dedicated of course a very responsible person 😊. I highly recommend Sam to anyone 👍 .

"We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care Romi provided for our dog Capri while we were on holiday for a month. "Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after.
