"Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"Ling looked after our senior dog Grizzly for 10 days and we would highly recommend her. She is patient and great with communication. We received regular updates and photos of Grizzly for our ease of mind. She was happy to feed her medication and eye drops which we appreciated.
We would definitely book Ling again in the future. "

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Guillermo took such wonderful care of my dog Meeko, for the past four weeks, and I’m so grateful for their attention and love. They kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away on a work trip.
It was clear from the start that they genuinely cared about Meeko, and it felt like they treated him as part of their family. Meeko came back happy, healthy, and full of energy.

"Ayush and his partner cared for our little dog Annie for 10 nights while we were overseas. They were diligent in their care which was very reassuring as Annie is quite old and has a heart condition.

"Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
We were so impressed with the level of care, communication and warmth from both Troy and Jess. We’ve already booked them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and reliable pet sitters.

"Moe is a very nice girl. She knows dogs, my dog Qiqi is normally shy and always hiding. But when we went to Moe 's home, Qiqi turn comfortable very quick and start playing with the other dog. Second time when my dog was afraid of another bigger dog, Moe hold the bigger dog. very sweet of her and I know that she would be a good sitter, because she really watch the dogs. when I am away, she share photos every day with me. when I pick up Qiqi 4 days later , she barked😂 Already defend Moe 's home. "We had such a great experience with our dog sitter George while we were away. From start to finish everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals. Benjie was looked after so well and was happy and relaxed when we got back which says it all.

"Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. "It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."
