"We couldn’t have asked for better pet sitters than Sherica and Matt!
They took great care of our dog Mochi for two weeks while we were on holiday.
From the beginning, Sherica was responsive and quick to organise a meet and greet, which made the entire process easy and smooth.
This was also our first time boarding Mochi and it was clear that he was in great hands since they went above and beyond by providing regular updates and accommodating to his dietary needs.
Mochi had an absolute blast, especially playing with their dog Leo and we can tell that he was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of.
I would happily book with Sherica and Matt again and reccomend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters 🙂"

"Amazing sitting service!! Absolutely recommend. This was our first time using any dog sitting service outside of a kennel, so we were a little nervous.. but what a difference! Our fur babies were loved and cared for like it was their home.
We have a medium sized Groodle and a XL huskyXmalimute who needed babysitting for 10 nights.. They were both welcomed inside Rita’s home to enjoy the air conditioning and some human company, lazying around in whichever room they felt like.
We received many pictures of Rita and her Partner Tom taking our doggos on adventures in the great outdoors, which was very reassuring while we were away, they always had big doggie smiles on there faces.. and Tom and Rita looked pretty happy too!
Some of the photos of our dogs included them laying on their backs, limbs spread every which way in the middle of the floor (as in the way as possible of course) making them selves at home.. looking as though they felt safe and happy.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have found a safe home we can leave our fur babies the next time we fly anywhere.

"By far the best pet sitter I have found. Both Pratik and his daughter just gave so much love n affection to Archie that he was super sad coming back home. He was treated so well even got groomed by Pratik. He smelled so well when I got him home. Pratik kept me well updated with Archie and I loved it how he was taken on walks, fed good fresh food and given so much love. He was given more care than I have given him. I will give my dog back to them in a BLINK of an eye! Thank you again Pratik for being so kind and affectionate to Archie. "

"Ayush and his partner cared for our little dog Annie for 10 nights while we were overseas. They were diligent in their care which was very reassuring as Annie is quite old and has a heart condition.

"Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"Ishita was amazing at looking after our dog as if he was part of their own family! When my dog wasn't feeling well she took great care and let me know his progress the whole way up until he was feeling better. Couldn't recommend her and Phoenix more!! "Ling looked after our senior dog Grizzly for 10 days and we would highly recommend her. She is patient and great with communication. We received regular updates and photos of Grizzly for our ease of mind. She was happy to feed her medication and eye drops which we appreciated.

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Guillermo took such wonderful care of my dog Meeko, for the past four weeks, and I’m so grateful for their attention and love. They kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away on a work trip.
It was clear from the start that they genuinely cared about Meeko, and it felt like they treated him as part of their family. Meeko came back happy, healthy, and full of energy.

"Our experience with Leaonie leaving our dog Milo with her for a week whilst we were on holidays, was superb! She was very warm, welcoming and reassuring. Her place was well-suited for Milo. Through video and message updates, we knew Milo had a amazing time. He had the chance to socialise with two other dogs for the first time, which is great! "We have gone with Jimmy multiple times since the beginning, and he has been caring and reliable. He treats my little mini dachshund, Tux, like family, allowing him to cuddle on the couch and in his bed. Jimmy’s dogs and cat seem good with Tux, and this is important because Tux can get pretty cautious with other dogs. Jimmy slowly introduces his pets to Tux to ensure it makes him feel comfortable. Have gone with Jimmy for both doggy day care and short boarding. Would recommend. "
