  We’re a small, animal-loving family - myself, my husband, our 8-year-old son, and our baby - plus our gentle 15-year-old rescue Jack Russell. He’s great with other dogs and cats, and enjoys a peaceful, relaxed life.
  
  I’m a qualified dog trainer with over 15 years’ experience in animal welfare, including roles as shelter manager, dog trainer, and foster care manager. I currently teach puppy classes at multiple vet clinics around Perth.
  
  We would love to care for your fur baby while you’re away, treating them with the same love and attention we give our own pets.
  
   Dog Guests:
  • Must be good with children
  • Must be social with other dogs (especially my senior dog)
  • Toilet/house trained
  • Cannot have separation anxiety (we want to ensure all pets feel secure)
  
  We have a fully fenced backyard, a doggie door for garden access, and a comfy home where your dog is welcome on the couch, bed, or wherever they feel at ease.&nbsp;
  Daily walks, playtime, and snuggles are part of the routine. Overnight, your dog can sleep where they’re most comfortable.&nbsp;

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate puppies or adolescents, as our senior dog can’t keep up with the play they request from him or the energy they bring

Hi! I’m Eva, a caring and reliable pet sitter based in Hobart. I genuinely love animals and enjoy making them feel safe, calm and well looked after. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone trustworthy, so I always aim to provide kind, attentive and responsible care.

I’m available for dog walking, home visits and house sitting. My walks are usually 30 minutes, and I adapt them to each dog’s age, personality and energy level.  I prefer  to keep my bookings well organised so each pet gets my full attention and care. Between visits, I make sure I leave enough time to arrive properly and not rush the pet’s routine.

I have hands-on experience spending time with dogs and cats in everyday settings, including feeding them, keeping them company, helping them settle, and adjusting to different personalities. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets and I stay calm with energetic dogs, giving them time, space and a gentle approach so they can feel comfortable and build trust.

During home visits, I can feed pets, refresh water, play with them, keep them company and follow their usual routine. I always pay attention to their behaviour, comfort and wellbeing. If I ever notice that a pet seems stressed, uncomfortable or unwell, I would contact the owner straight away and follow instructions carefully. I’m also happy to send updates and photos for peace of mind.

I have a valid National Police Check available on request, and I would love to care for your pet as if they were my own.

We’re a couple who grew up with dogs (Labrador, Rottweiler &amp; Maltese) and really miss having them around. Back in Germany, we loved being dog sitters at our home for about two years and cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities.
We enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, and giving dogs a lot of attention, love and care.  We know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. At home, we make sure every dog feels safe, relaxed, and part of the family.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Before we commit as dog sitters, we like to get to know the dog first and see if it’s a good match. It’s important to us that the dog feels comfortable and happy with us. We used to do this back in Germany to make sure we could build a real bond with your dog.&nbsp;
