Buddy requires daily medication, and Xin handled it without any issues. She even kindly offered to help get more from the vet if we ran out, which we really appreciated. She regularly shared lovely photos and updates, while we were away.

"Nhi (Charmy) was absolutely amazing while looking after my cat, Fridge 🐈⬛ I had to organise a petsitter for my cat very last minute due to a family emergency, and she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and accommodating from the very start.
Her kindness during such a stressful time meant a lot to me 💗

"What can I say except that Silvia was exceptional with our pooch Lloyd! She truly showed him love and care! She took him on outings, was able to administer his medication and gave him plenty of cuddles! Upon meeting her she was warm and accommodating and Lloyd warmed to her instantly!
