"Sam and Mel are the sweetest couple who so graciously welcomed our 2 Pomeranians Wolfgang and Njaki into their beautiful cottage home and their secure large garden to spend a few days over New Years with them and their gentle dog bella! On the first day at drop off they organised for our dogs to meet first outside in the garden to get introduced and they offered for us to sit and chat and have a coffee together to make sure our boys and Bella (and us!) felt settled. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding in the lead up to the boys stay and also during the dog sitting: they sent us regular updates via the app with photos from their daily walks. Our boys got to play a lot outside in the shady spots which they loved (apparently they loved zooming around the garden), and they slept indoors comfortably during the hot weather- when we picked them up they were really calm and happy and they clearly had enjoyed the weekend staying at their place. It was our first time using pawshake and we felt so relieved when we started communicating and then even more reassured when we met, we could tell they were the perfect match. We 100% recommend Sam and Mel as dog sitters to anyone seeking a loving holiday home for their pooches - they are really kind, down to earth and generous people and they are true dog lovers that gave our boys a lot of care and many smiles, which the boys really responded to! We Will definitely organise another doggo sleepover with Sam and Mel if we go away again. Thanks so much guys- you rock! ❤️"

"Sally looked after my difficult, quirky greyhound with an injured toe (post surgery), as I had to go away for work. I have only had my beautiful dog since April, so I was a little nervous. She really understands dogs, especially greyhounds and he was clearly well cared for in my absence, with plenty of attention and affection. He had a great time with Sally’s dog and she recommended a new diet for him, which has worked well. She was kind enough to look after him for an additional night, at short notice. I was so happy, he has already been booked in for my next work trip. Highly recommended."

"Our boy Syd had an overnight stay with Darren and we couldn't have been happier. Darren went out of his way to ensure the whole process was easy, friendly and left us confident that Syd was extremely well cared for. Darren took detailed notes on Syd's requirements, had a lovely big morning walk and we were kept up-to-date with lots of photos showing what they were getting up to. Syd loved his time there and left having made some great new doggo and human friends.
We know that if we need to go away in the future we have a wonderful, safe and caring sitter to take care of our boy. Thank you again Darren for your fantastic safe keeping of Syd!"

"Our dog Marnie stayed with Thomas 3 days and 2 nights while we went down south for the weekend. Her holiday was as good as ours if Thomas' photo, video and text updates were anything to go by. She was treated to stimulating nature/ park walks, safe socialisation with orher dogs, fun play in the yard, cafe visits and was allowed to sleep cosily indoors with Thomas. Communications with Thomas were easy, friendly, reassuring and honest, from booking till pickup. He also followed up with us to check everything was ok with Marnie after we brought her home. Very satisfied with rhe service and would definitely use again."
