"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! I highly recommend Karen and will definitely rebook her should I require a pet sitter again."

"Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"Hiromi took such great care of Ella and kept us updated each day, which we really appreciated. Both Hiromi and her husband were wonderful with Ella, and it was clear Ella felt comfortable and happy and enjoyed her stay. Ella was all smiles when we picked her up. "Tamara is an amazing pet sitter! This is the second time we’ve used Tamara and she took wonderful care of our two senior dogs, including managing their medication needs with care and reliability. "Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"We would highly recommend Daire and Lucy to anyone looking to find the most lovely and caring sitters for their dogs. It was the first time we had to find sitters to look after our 3 years old border collie while we were away for 3 weeks and it was such a pleasant and worry free experience. Their communication was absolutely fantastic and we got sent plenty of photos and updates without even asking for them which made the whole experience even better. When we picked our dog up he was happy, clean and well feed and we had no doubt that he had had an absolutely blast! We will definitely let our dog stay with Lucy and Daire again. "

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! I'll definitely be checking their available dates for future travels where we need a reliable and easy-to-work-with pet-sitter!"

"I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."
