"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "Tamara is an amazing pet sitter! This is the second time we’ve used Tamara and she took wonderful care of our two senior dogs, including managing their medication needs with care and reliability. Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"Hung-Ying went above and beyond to make our Bella feel loved and spoilt. Bella had playtimes, walks, special treats cooked for her, daily brushing and pampering. We were constantly sent gorgeous photos and updates and I know that Bella absolutely loved her stay. She was treated very much as one of the family and my husband and I are so grateful for all the care and love given to her.
The hardest thing when you are going away is the worry of who will care for your beloved pet. Not this time. We thank Hung-Ying and her husband from the bottom of our hearts. "

"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. "This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! "I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"She did a great job watching our dog! She allowed us to come over to see her place and meet her before we made a decision. While we were gone, she walks him daily and stayed in contact with us and sent pictures and videos of our dog Otis. Our dog was very happy and comfortable at her home, she even gave our dog a bath before sending him home with us and actually gave him some toys that he played with while staying at her place, thank you Tatiana, you are so kind and wonderful, I would recommend her to all who want their dogs looked after well..."

"Hayley and Martin are everything you wish for in a pet sitter - Quick to respond, great communication (reassuring/understanding with lots of photo updates etc), flexible and attentive to any puppy rules you have in place.
As soon as I met with them and their furbaby poppy i immediately felt at ease. They clearly adore animals and Sarah (my puppy with a human name) took to all of them immediately - I think she tried to follow them home after our meet and greet.
I'm looking to book again whilst I am away on a 7 day holiday if they are available and also planning to book in regular day care with them.
This is my first experience with pawshake and having my pup away fr home. I spent hours thinking, worrying, stressing, biting my nails etc but I needn't have worried. I'm really thrilled to have found Hayley, Martin and poppy!"
