"Paul is a wonderful pet carer. He hosted my dog at his house for 2 nights and made him feel very welcome and comfortable.
He sent me regular updates and photos of my dog, who looked very happy and playful with him.
He also took my dog for walks and gave him lots of attention and cuddles. He is very professional, honest, and hard working.

"We were very happy with Michelle and Tyrone (and their lovely, gentle German Shepherd Zalah) looking after our dogs. They were interested in the well-being of our dogs and took good care of them. It was so nice to see that Bruce and Benny were calm and happy when we picked them up. It is rare to find dog minders that truly understand and have a connection with dogs. "Our doggo Scooby had the most wonderful night out sleepover at Craigs place. Loved the yard and the company of other dogs @ Craig's home. Craig is very loving and takes the dogs out to exotic locations for walks (beach, parks, green patches etc.) . We also got evening walk pictures of the dogs enjoying themselves. "We organised the meet and greet prior to making the booking and found Svetlana and her house to be as described in the profile. There were 2 dogs inside (very friendly) and 1 outside (older and quite). Our Crosby could be seen as social and curious, not one to cause a fuss with the other dogs.
We agreed the booking would proceed as we requested.
A minor issue with booking dates and availability was resolved by good communication with Svetlana and the Pawshake Help Line email.
On the day of care everything went very well. Svetlana kept us updated with pictures of Crosby playing and going for walks (on lead). He would be a tired little boy.
As it was overnight he slept inside as requested and was let out when he let the keepers know it was time for a week break.
At time of pickup he was outside but came to us quickly. There were no issues to report and he was perfectly fine on coming home, if not just a bit tired.
Svetlana sent us a couple of video clips of the pups playing, really good feedback.
We will be happy to book Svetlana again if she will have us. "

"Pranamie is a very nice doggy sitter, Chuchu stay with her for long 10 days and appeared doesn't want to come home with us. Hahaha. Pranamie set up a WhatsApp chat and sent us daily update so we know what Chuchu has been doing everyday. On a storm night they even comfort Chuchu as she is scare of thunder.
