"We couldn't be happier with the dog-sitting services provided by Cassie. She understood our concerns (first time being away from doggo) and sent us frequent updates in the form of videos and photos, which gave us reassurance that our dog was in good hands. It was obvious that she truly care about the well-being of their furry clients and takes her responsibilities seriously. Our dog got daily walks and had plenty of social time with new friends, which is exactly what we wanted when we opted for a sitter instead of a kennel. "Anne-Maree and Adriaan took wonderful care of our dog Pika (6 month old Swedish Vallhund). It was the first time leaving her and Anne-Maree put our minds at ease from the first point of communication. After visiting the house we could see why people call it a dog retreat - there is so much space for the dogs and they really are treated like family. We were sent updates & photos throughout the evening and Pika was so tired the next day that we know she had the best time. The residential dog Tucker is very calm and welcoming of other dogs and it’s nice to know your pet will have a companion on-site too. Thank you for your care, we will definitely use your services again and cannot recommend you enough!!"

"We have used Lynn to look after our cavoodle Teddy on 2 separate occasions, both day care and an overnight stay.
Lynn is very welcoming and was happy to arrange a meet up before Teddys first stay so he was familiar with both Lynn, her family and her home.
Lynn was very friendly and attentive to Teddys needs taking him for a walk at a nearby reserve and having him accompany her on the school run so he was not left alone in an unfamiliar place.
Lynn was great with communication and kept us up to date with how Teddy was settling in, sending photos of his walk.
Lynn has plenty of space outside for exploring and has a nearby reserve for walks.
We are very happy with the care Lynn has shown and will look forward to using her again in the future."

"This was a first time experience of leaving our pooch with a pet sitter & we are so glad GQ offered to look after our dog.
Within no time our pooch settled in and also had some companionship.
He was well looked after and we did have the peace of mind in knowing that.
Throughout the stay we were kept well informed through the app with pictures and information on how he was settling in or what he was upto. Great communication & I would highly recommend and use this service again."

"Elise and her family were the best dog sitters i could ever have asked for. They gave both my Maltese a holiday while i was away on holiday. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it shows from all the photos Elise sent to me. We will be booking Elise for all our dog sitting needs in the future. I can comfortably go away on holiday and know that my dogs are having a great time and looked after as if at their own home. Great job Elise and family."

"Sam took good care of our dog. This was our first time using dog boarding service and we were worried about whether Aki could settle well with new environment. "It’s not easy to find a sitter who genuinely cares about what they do but it’s obvious when you meet Vivian that she genuinely cares about pets. Vivian looked after our miniature schnauzer and schnoodle over Easter break and was great with updates and photos. One of our dogs is blind and requires eye medication so isn’t the easiest dog to look after. Will definitely be using Vivian next time we need someone to look after our pets. Highly recommend. "

"We had our Hugo at a dog sitter for the first time and it was for 12 nights. Sara looked after him as if he was hers. Sara’s communication was excellent.
