"We're very happy with Toby's first stay with Kai and family. They seemed affectionate, treated him well and he seemed very happy from the many photos and updates we got from Kai. Kai was easy to communicate with, she was prompt in replying and proactive in asking any relevant questions or sending us updates. I'd definitely go back to them again :) "

"Belinda was wonderful during Bailey's stay. She took care of him as if he were her own pet. He went for loads of walks, got cuddles on the lounge and it was lovely getting the daily pics of what he was up to. Bailey came home happy! "Juan and his brother Leo literally saved our cat’s life while we were on vacation!
Did not hesitate to offer a quick pickup from our cat from our friends place down south (as she developed a sudden allergy to the cat) and he was very quick to inform us when our cat started having stress bleeding with UTI from the earlier location. Helped drive our cat to our local vet the next day, and then immediately to the emergency hospital just in time for severe dehydration and helped care for our cat with medications post hospital discharge. He is probably the reason our cat survived at all.
He is a true cat lover and I won’t hesitate to use his services again. Thanks again! "

"Qian and Ryan and their whole family has taken very good care of our dog when we needed it most. Our dog was treated like family and was very happy staying with them with lots of love and cuddles. "Michelle took the best care of our precious Mabel. We booked a holiday long before Mabel came into our lives and we were very worried about leaving her. Michelle kept us updated 2-3 times per day and sent so many photos and videos which we appreciated. Mabel had the best time with Michelle, I don’t think she missed us at all.
Michelle is a vet nurse which made us feel very comfortable especially leaving Mabel for the first time and as Mabel had recently been desexed. We will definitely have Michelle look after Mabel again. "

"We had boarded our pet cat with Means. They took great care of him and sent daily updates with photos and videos. Though our cat usually isn’t the friendliest, he got along very well with Means and her cat. We are sure that he had the best time with them during the couple of days we were away. She made sure to make him comfortable with the new environment. So much so that when we had gone to pick our cat up, he was reluctant to come with us😅. Thanks again Means."
