"I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough! From the first time we met I felt completely at ease and her genuine love for animals was apparent. Rocket was immediately comfortable, and I had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and caring hands with Kelly and her family.
This was the first time Rocket was cared for by a sitter who was not a family member or friend and I felt Kelly went above and beyond—not only making sure all the essentials were taken care of, but letting me know Rocket was getting plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention. I really appreciated the thoughtful updates and photos, which showed just how happy and relaxed my pet was while I was away.
It’s rare to find someone so reliable, attentive, and truly passionate about animals. I collected a very content pet and feel incredibly lucky to have found Kelly and will absolutely be booking her again in the future.

"We highly recommend Natalie! She watched our 11 year old cocker spaniel Leo for two weeks while we traveled overseas. He's a little older and is getting more needy with age, and she was happy to accommodate. She stayed in regular communication with us sending videos and pictures. We could always tell Leo was happy and comfortable in the updates. We would highly recommend her if you're looking for a sitter for your best bud:)"

"Sherrie is the Mary Poppins of the feline world.
Timely and accurate information about services offered before the sit was confirmed, flexibility in arrangements for the meet and greet/ collection and drop off of Ruby and Bella, and a mature, empathetic approach to our personal circumstances (boarding was because I provided end of life care for my mother).
All that before the sit commenced!
Despite my cats being “difficult”, with vastly different personalities following challenges before they were adopted from a rescue, Sherrie swiftly made them comfortable, settled and evidently thriving. Sherrie Ben got both cats to cuddle alongside each other (typically they tolerate each other but don’t spend time together).
Informative and entertaining updates throughout the visit, including texts, photos and videos, left me feeling utterly confident that my fur babies were fine (although I started to worry they may not want to come home!)
Bella, Ruby and I offer a very, very positive and firm recommendation to anyone considering Sherrie as a pet sitter. Thank you so much Sherrie x"

"WOW! What a legend of a pet sitter 🐶🐶 Harrie took such great care of our fur babies whilst we were away. She took the time to find out as much information as she could about our boys, so they had the same routine that they have at home. "We really hit the jackpot finding Anjana and our boy Syd was the luckiest dog to have such a wonderful dogsitter.
Syd received top class care whilst we were away on holidays.
Anjana was simply AMAZING.
She was kind, caring, responsible, quick to answer texts and looked after Syd like he was a king. He was taken on walks, lots of cuddles and pats and playing and photos of our boy whilst we were away.
11 stars out of 10!!! Thankyou Anjana, you are the best and we will definitely be back!"

"Sam and Mel are the sweetest couple who so graciously welcomed our 2 Pomeranians Wolfgang and Njaki into their beautiful cottage home and their secure large garden to spend a few days over New Years with them and their gentle dog bella! On the first day at drop off they organised for our dogs to meet first outside in the garden to get introduced and they offered for us to sit and chat and have a coffee together to make sure our boys and Bella (and us!) felt settled. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding in the lead up to the boys stay and also during the dog sitting: they sent us regular updates via the app with photos from their daily walks. Our boys got to play a lot outside in the shady spots which they loved (apparently they loved zooming around the garden), and they slept indoors comfortably during the hot weather- when we picked them up they were really calm and happy and they clearly had enjoyed the weekend staying at their place. It was our first time using pawshake and we felt so relieved when we started communicating and then even more reassured when we met, we could tell they were the perfect match. We 100% recommend Sam and Mel as dog sitters to anyone seeking a loving holiday home for their pooches - they are really kind, down to earth and generous people and they are true dog lovers that gave our boys a lot of care and many smiles, which the boys really responded to! We Will definitely organise another doggo sleepover with Sam and Mel if we go away again. Thanks so much guys- you rock! ❤️"

"This was my first time leaving my dog in the care of a pet sitter, and Diana did an amazing job with her. Not only did she keep me updated every day with photos and videos of how she was doing, but she also treated and spoiled her just the same way we do at home.
Finding Diana was such a relief. I was able to fully enjoy my family trip knowing that my four-legged daughter was being well looked after and loved.

"I cannot recommend Alex enough! He is an absolute gem of a pet sitter. From the moment I met him, I knew Cupcake was in good hands. Alex’s care and dedication went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to truly understand Cupcake’s needs and preferences, and it showed in the way she warmed up to him immediately.
Throughout Cupcake’s stay with Alex, he provided regular updates and photos, giving me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that he genuinely cared for Cupcake’s well-being and happiness. "Sally looked after my difficult, quirky greyhound with an injured toe (post surgery), as I had to go away for work. I have only had my beautiful dog since April, so I was a little nervous. She really understands dogs, especially greyhounds and he was clearly well cared for in my absence, with plenty of attention and affection. He had a great time with Sally’s dog and she recommended a new diet for him, which has worked well. She was kind enough to look after him for an additional night, at short notice. I was so happy, he has already been booked in for my next work trip. Highly recommended."

"Karina has been excellent with our baby boy. It was really hard letting him go somewhere especially with the passing of my Mama but she gave me so much comfort. Helped with some tips I asked about let pup sleep with her, took him to a sunset and walks.. really grateful to have found someone more then just a sitter. "Our boy Syd had an overnight stay with Darren and we couldn't have been happier. Darren went out of his way to ensure the whole process was easy, friendly and left us confident that Syd was extremely well cared for. Darren took detailed notes on Syd's requirements, had a lovely big morning walk and we were kept up-to-date with lots of photos showing what they were getting up to. Syd loved his time there and left having made some great new doggo and human friends.
