"It was our dog's first experience boarding (4 days), and we couldn't be happier with the care Andrew (and Bruce) gave her. She cleary loved her stay, as well as his company. Andrew was with her 24/7, took her for daily walks and even groomed her (getting rid of tricky knots and matted hair). He was great with communication/photos and entirely trustworthy. Even though we don't live in the area, we'll continue to use Andrew every time from now on."
