"Lucy looked after our dogs for 2 nights on a short notice and with utmost flexibility with drop-off/pick-up times. She kept sending us updates along with photos, really good for anxious pet parents for peace of mind. I recommend her for clean, secure and caring accommodation for pets. "Thanks Xin Yu for taking such great care of our little Buddy during our overseas trip. We could tell he absolutely loved his time with you! Xin did a wonderful job; she is caring, attentive, and easy-going.
Buddy requires daily medication, and Xin handled it without any issues. She even kindly offered to help get more from the vet if we ran out, which we really appreciated. She regularly shared lovely photos and updates, while we were away.
Buddy had so much fun with her, and as a very curious dog, he enjoyed being brought along on little outings too. We’re very grateful for the love and care Xin showed him and would love if she is available to take care of Buddy in future.❤️"

"What can I say except that Silvia was exceptional with our pooch Lloyd! She truly showed him love and care! She took him on outings, was able to administer his medication and gave him plenty of cuddles! Upon meeting her she was warm and accommodating and Lloyd warmed to her instantly! "I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. Elle sent lots of pictures and updates which was so comforting and she just knows and understands dogs - she managed dogs from different families staying with her superbly. "Nhi (Charmy) was absolutely amazing while looking after my cat, Fridge 🐈⬛ I had to organise a petsitter for my cat very last minute due to a family emergency, and she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and accommodating from the very start.
