"Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"Ling looked after our senior dog Grizzly for 10 days and we would highly recommend her. She is patient and great with communication. We received regular updates and photos of Grizzly for our ease of mind. She was happy to feed her medication and eye drops which we appreciated.
We would definitely book Ling again in the future. "

"Ayush and his partner cared for our little dog Annie for 10 nights while we were overseas. They were diligent in their care which was very reassuring as Annie is quite old and has a heart condition.

"Russell and Lauren were fantastic dog sitters for Duke, our 5 year old border collie! They took him for lovely walks along the Bay and to Albert Park Lake. They communicated really well in terms of pick/drop off and kept us updated everyday on how he was going and sent us photos. Would definitely recommend them to others! "

"Moe is a very nice girl. She knows dogs, my dog Qiqi is normally shy and always hiding. But when we went to Moe 's home, Qiqi turn comfortable very quick and start playing with the other dog. Second time when my dog was afraid of another bigger dog, Moe hold the bigger dog. very sweet of her and I know that she would be a good sitter, because she really watch the dogs. when I am away, she share photos every day with me. when I pick up Qiqi 4 days later , she barked😂 Already defend Moe 's home. "Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. "It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."
