We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care—Pansy and Michael were absolutely outstanding.
Leaving our two older dogs (10 & 11 years) for an extended period was something we were quite anxious about, especially as we usually rely on family. From the very beginning, Pansy put us completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
They went above and beyond in every aspect of care. Our dogs were walked twice daily, their dietary needs were followed perfectly, and they received so much attention and affection. The daily updates with photos and videos were incredible and gave us total peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear our dogs weren’t just being looked after—they were truly cared for and treated like part of the family. They came home relaxed, happy, and clearly having enjoyed their own little holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with Pansy again and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy pet care."

"It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."

"My two fur babies recently had a stay with Yvette, and I couldn’t have been happier with the care they received. Yvette was wonderful with communication and treated them both so beautifully. One of them developed an issue with her ear, and Yvette contacted me straight away, kept me updated and made sure she was well looked after.
I loved receiving the photos and little updates while they were away, it was so reassuring to see how happy and settled they were. I honestly don’t think they wanted to come home! ❤️

"Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. "Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. I picked up a happy and tired dog at the end of the day, which is always a good sign! I would definitely trust Nick with Flash again and highly recommend him to other pet owners."
