"Teddy was looked after by Negin and we were extremely happy with the care provided throughout his stay.
Negin communicated proactively with us both before and during the booking, confirming all the important details and making sure she understood Teddy’s needs. While we were away, she kept in regular contact and sent photos and updates, which really reassured us that Teddy was settled and content. On our return, Teddy was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for.
We would not hesitate to book with Negin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter for their pet."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! She was absolutely amazing with our French Bulldog Lilo — keeping in touch regularly with updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while i was away. "We left our Irish terrier here and I know our dog had a wonderful time with the family and received lots of love! "Victoria is the best dog carer we have ever met! My boys leap out of the car to go to her house and hang out with the other doggos. Victoria truly treats all of the dogs in her care as part of her family and her daughter also loved our big boy. Victoria sends photo updates of what the dogs are doing and they always sleep well on the road trip home after having lots of play time with other dogs. I couldn’t recommend Victoria higher! Great location which is very convenient for many places if you are visiting Brisbane. We will be back! Thanks again Victoria! We all love you 🐾🐕🐶"

"Andy is an incredible pet minder. Our dog Doug has stayed with him multiple times and it is like he is on holiday. We get daily videos of Doug being walked, playing with other dogs and being very well loved. "I'm very pleased with Pierette's care of my dog for two weeks. She states in her profile that she is a 'professional full time' dog sitter, and this is the case. Other carers have work-from-home occupations which means they'll be on-hand to look after a dog while doing their 'real' job; Pierette's actual *job* is taking care of the dogs, and it shows, in the doggie activities undertaken each day, organised with the experience and enthusiasm of a 'professional' dog lover.
In finding a dog sitter I wanted both human and canine company for my dog and Pierette and her family provided this.
I am also grateful for their flexibility in taking care of things when a pre-existing ear infection flared up during my absence, necessitating their accommodation of a house call by the vet, pickup of medication and administering same (and handling the messy side-effect!).
'Communication' should be rated ten stars out of five, as Pierette sent a large number of photographs and videos each day through Whatsapp to keep me apprised of my dog's activities. It was delightful to come home each day and catch up with what my dog had been doing during his holiday."
