"Lee Chin is the best dog sitter we ever had. She took care of my dad's golden retriever for 6 nights while my dad was away.
She took care of our goldie thoroughly, attend to every details and make sure he gets pampered through the stay. Keep him cool and indoor while the weather was warm, all food and treat get feed properly, lots of playtime and companion. Most importantly, constant communication and photos through out the stay.
A great dog carer, and we are so glad to have Lee Chin to take care of our goldie. Highly recommended."

"We are more than delighted with Stefanny's hosting of our Ruby at her place for 5 days. Since the beginning, Stefanny was always prompt and clear in communicating, asked for the right details to be able to take care of Ruby, and gave us good information about how she hosts dogs. She has good knowledge and experience of handling all types of dogs, which was quite apparent during the meet-and-greet. The premises has a good sized backyard for Ruby to run around. She took really good care of Ruby during her stay, and sent us pictures and videos of Ruby regularly. Ruby was really happy during the hosting, and almost looked disappointed when we came to take her back home.
Thanks, Stefanny, for looking after Ruby so well, and hopefully next time you are free to take care of Ruby again when we travel."

"Absolutely reliable dog sitter
Mel is fantastic with dogs, she loves and understands them. She looked after our two doggies for 8 days while we were overseas and has done a wonderful job. Every day Mel walked our dogs twice and was sending us updates and heaps of great pictures of our dogs and their activities that she’s made for them; such as visiting different parks, meeting dog-friends and socialising with other animals. When we returned, dogs were happy and at ease. They got very comfortable in her house and really got to love her, they weren’t that keen to go home actually. I think they miss her now. Definitely will use Mel again, we were absolutely happy with her service, she kept them safe and comfortable. Thank you, Mel, for giving our dogs a great holiday and peace of mind to us!

"I was very impressed with the care given to our 12-year-old dog. She returned home happy and content after spending a week with Quentin and his young family. She was walked, photographed, taken on outings and given plenty of attention. I would highly recommend Quentin as a dog sitter."

"After having little to no luck finding a dog sitter, I reached out to Nicole. From our first meeting we felt comfortable with her, and the home set up our doggy was to be residing in. Nicole listened and noted everything that was our dogs quirks, medical health and demeanor. Seeing this in action was such a relief as we were out of the country.
Nicole's constant updates were amazing and from the photos our doggy was more than happy (ecstatic, happy, comfortable) in her holiday home. "Sam and Mel are the sweetest couple who so graciously welcomed our 2 Pomeranians Wolfgang and Njaki into their beautiful cottage home and their secure large garden to spend a few days over New Years with them and their gentle dog bella! On the first day at drop off they organised for our dogs to meet first outside in the garden to get introduced and they offered for us to sit and chat and have a coffee together to make sure our boys and Bella (and us!) felt settled. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding in the lead up to the boys stay and also during the dog sitting: they sent us regular updates via the app with photos from their daily walks. Our boys got to play a lot outside in the shady spots which they loved (apparently they loved zooming around the garden), and they slept indoors comfortably during the hot weather- when we picked them up they were really calm and happy and they clearly had enjoyed the weekend staying at their place. It was our first time using pawshake and we felt so relieved when we started communicating and then even more reassured when we met, we could tell they were the perfect match. We 100% recommend Sam and Mel as dog sitters to anyone seeking a loving holiday home for their pooches - they are really kind, down to earth and generous people and they are true dog lovers that gave our boys a lot of care and many smiles, which the boys really responded to! We Will definitely organise another doggo sleepover with Sam and Mel if we go away again. Thanks so much guys- you rock! ❤️"
